I couldn’t be more happier with the group fitness class we had for the past several weeks with Mary. I can say with confidence that overall my fitness level has significantly improved from where I started . The classes were designed for people with different fitness levels and so anyone with any fitness level can join I was at beginner level, the classes had lots of variations and varieties for every session. Mary made sure we are all accountable she demonstrates, monitors , corrects form and motivates us to do more. Thank you so much for everything!!! To be able to spend a lot of quality time with my family and kids outdoors without thinking about my body was priceless and I’m ever grateful to you for that. Thank you!!!
Mary is awesome and really motivational energetic person. I am new to the personal training aspect of fitness. I really enjoyed how modified excercises for each persons level of fitness. I really have enjoyed our sessions. I will continue reaching my fitness goals with her.

Mary has been my personal trainer for over a year. She takes the time to really listen to me and understand whatever challenges and successes are happening in my life that affect your mindset and fitness goals. Recently I told her about some challenges I was going through having to travel for work and how it was affecting my workout routines.
