I usually dont rate restaurants or services, but I feel compelled to provide a review of Dr. Puterbaugh. As someone who has been associated with health care for over 40 years in many settings, I can confidently recommend Dr. Puterbaugh as the kind of Primary Care Physician that everyone should have. He knows his patients, spends time explaining medical issues and makes sure that you understand what he is saying. He is friendly, thorough, empathetic, and knowledgeable. His office and nursing staff take their cue from Dr. Puterbaughs personable patient approach. Rarely have I ever had to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointment.

Nicole Puterbaugh knowingly and intentionally sent my insurance company a bill which was coded incorrectly. As a result, I was sent an unjustified bill. We made numerous attempts to get it corrected. It is still being litigated. I honestly believe they are targeting seniors. Despicable and illegal!!!
