I am very pleased with the care Ive received from Dr. Pomerleau. She takes a lot of time to discuss my situation and recommend options. I never feel rushed. Its made a big difference in my health.

I or my children have seen Dr. Day, Dr. Mattingly, and Dr. Pomerleau. We felt very kindly taken care of. The nursing staff is very kind as well. I highly recommend this office to all the families I know! Dr. Day is excellent with children. I have never had to wait in the waiting room or patient room for more than five minutes. The best office we have ever been to for pediatrics!

My mom had an appointment at 8 AM. We arrived in the clinic at 8:16AM and waited 1 minute to checkin since there was a patient ahead of us. Front desk told us they can only accept if it is 15 minutes late. We were 17 minutes late and I explained that we had to wait for parking spot (mercy west medical office, white building next to main hospital has horrible parking ). After confirming with Dr. .....(want to keep physician name secrete) we were told to reschedule appointment because we were 2 more minutes late. What surprises me is not the fact that we were sent home empty handed but the fact that Montfort height mercy health runs its clinic like a movie theater. Dr .... did not think once to ask the reason for visit before sending us home. What if my mom was there experiencing symptoms that is related to life threatening conditions such as stroke, cardiac arrest or sepsis. It might be that particular visit that could have saved patient life? There is difference between ‘no’ at movie theater and doctor office. No at doctor office sometimes has something to do with patient life or death. I know she has right to send us home but as a physician isn’t it her duty to make sure patient has no life threatening conditions before rejecting his/her appointment? This made me question Mercy Health’s mission and core value.

They are rude and stingy. They harass the hell out of you to schedule appointments or they wont refill your medicine. They are money hungry and arent interested in helping their patients that really need help.

They are soooo rude. Asking me why I came here. Didn’t even try told me there was no point in running test.

Mercy Health Montfort Heights are rude and absolutely no help to those who are sick. I normally visit the Marie location but the office is closed today and the message said to try their other Mercy locations. I called Montfort Heights asking to see the nurse practicioner or a Doctor available, and since their location was not my PCP I was told I was out of luck. Thanks for caring about those who are sick..... whats the point of a healthcare system if you still are not allowed to go to another physicians office when yours is closed?
