I am so surprised to see some of these bad reviews. I have had the best experience with this doctor. He is very knowledgeable and proactive and knew right away what my skin condition was. His staff has been super friendly. I have had cancer and have many doctors and he is one of my top 3 favorites now.

I have been seeing dr. Younger for years. I have always been very happy with him. He found a cancer on my face that I would never have thought anything of and sent me to cancer skin cancer specialist that was amazing my incision was about 4 to 5 in Long across my cheek and you cant see it at all so he not only does good work he sends you to people also. Very glad to have you as my doctor.

Dr. Younger has accurately identified/removed cancerous spots and early stage melanoma from me. He is an excellent doctor. He is very sweet and gentle. My 4 year old son was really nervous for his appointment and Dr. Younger made him feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Dr. Younger and his team. Yes, the wait can be long but it doesnt bother me. :) I just catch up on some reading. He provides life-saving care, in my case. Ill patiently wait for him.

Very good experience.!!!! Doctor us so gentle and very comforting! He seems to know his stuff and answers any question. I had read previous reviews so went in thinking this is gonna be a bad visit. Absolutely not!!! Great Great visit all together. And assistant at desk was polite and nice. The girls in the back with Doctor Bruce were very nice and helpful!! Will def be back!!!

Dr Younger is a kind and caring and knowledgeable professional. His staff has surrounded him for 15 to 20 years. He is also a guest to my work place. That’s how I met him and Barbara, his lovely wife. He is down-to-earth and I can talk to him about my concerns... and he openly listens!

The office is old, outdated, and frankly really odd. My vitals were taken in a weird office/storage room. I saw the doctor for psoriasis but he wont prescribe any medications unless he has a letter from my doctor saying it is okay. That is absurd and my PCP states he has never gotten that request before. When I told the PA on the phone how frustrating it is to have untreated psoriasis and to continually hit roadblocks for treatment she laughed. You will be tempted to go here because the wait for appts with other dermatologists in the area is so long but this provider has appts available for a reason.

Charged for an appointment that was canceled $50.00. After many attempts to clear this up I had to resort to calling my insurance company, Oxford. They sent this $50.00 charge for a missed appointment to a collection agency. Collection company called demanding a credit card. Refused to send medical records which is illegal until the $50.00 was paid. That is against HIPPA regulation. Never go to this incompetent doctor, he is just money hungry. Doctor is not knowledgeable. Office refused to release the I pledge number. I Do NOT recommend this doctor, keep away from him. I also agree with other reviews that the staff is extremely unfriendly and refuses to help the patients at all.

Dr. Younger is a good and efficient practitioner. However his office staff are occasionally difficult, and in my dozen times visiting him, I have always had to wait more than an hour after my appointment time to actually see him.

Refered by tricare. Dr Bruce Youngers office never picks up phone or has a message system. I called Jewish Hospital/Mercy Health. They stated they have no control over hours, if the doctor is active, staff, or any im house decision. He pays a fee to rep Mercy hospital. They know there is problems with him but do not call the main hospital. Oh she scream it at me. Ya Bruce Younger

As others have said, the wait time is extremely long. The staff is also unfriendly. One of the nurses actually lashed out at me for standing too close to her while she was asking me a question on the computer. Apparently she has a phobia of people looking over her shoulder so beware. Lastly, Dr. Younger is not good about RX refills, he expects you in his office every 6 months and I actually tried to refill recently before 6 months and it was still denied. The nurse on the phone told me that she could not do anything about it so I told her to remove me from their files I would find another Dermatologist. Highly recommend using a different provider.
