Dr. Javaheri is an AMAZING doctor and is deserving of a 5-STAR rating and more. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I think I’ve ever seen. So, if you are having sleep issues I would tell you to run to him. However, I must sadly agree with some of the other reviewers in regards to his office staff Angela and Barb. My husband, mother-in-law and myself have all been on the other end of Barb’s wrath and rudeness. The worst is when she is sitting in that little office where no one else can SEE her. He words SOUND nice, but her facial expressions are a totally different situation. The passive aggressiveness simply oozes from her. If she rolls her eyes at me one more time I am going straight to Dr. Javaheri and it will sadly be my last visit there.Unfortunately, it’s a very odd situation. On one hand you have a wonderful doctor with a very caring and compassionate disposition, but on the other hand in order to see him you have to deal with two of the rudest women I’ve ever had to deal with in a medical setting. It is very sad.

Brilliant doctor, very friendly bedside manners, explains everything in detail, easy to understand. Staff have been very helpful & friendly. Problem was evaluated & corrected rather quickly. I now sleep better. Highly recommend Dr. Javaheri & his team.

Dr. Javaheri at the Trihealth Sleep Clinic in Montgomery is absolutely the best. He has a wonderful bedside manner and treats people with a great deal of respect. He is incredibly knowledgeable but is not the least bit arrogant and he is very sincere in his care. You can sense his passion for what he does and be completely assured that you are in the best of hands to help with any sleep disorder. A truly delightful Doctor!

Doc J is not your standard medical professional; this is a physician who actually cares and spends time with his patients. Hes treated my sleep apnea for a number of years and is always there to ensure Im getting the right level of treatment. Hes not rushed and really takes the time to get to know his patients, listen to their concerns and work with them to achieve the best possible therapy. Hes invested in a successful treatment and that makes all the difference. Hes also well researched and up to date on the latest developments in the field. If you suffer from a sleep disorder, this is the doctor you want to see.

Dr. Javaheri is great. He diagnosed my sleep apnea 20 years ago, and really helped me. Now he is in a new practice not covered by my insurance. I hope his staff is as good as he is.

Dr. Javaheri and his entire staff are wonderful. He is a kind, compassionate person who listens. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Javaheri was pleasant during our visits, but his support staff (nurses, receptionists, insurance billing dept) all made getting diagnosed with sleep apnea/narcolepsy a horrible experience for me. Ive had an initial consultation, 3 additional office visits, an overnight sleep study, a daytime/nightime sleep study (cancelled by providers billing dept), hours spent on phone calls with Anthem and zero medical help for sleep related issues so far. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you need to schedule a sleep study. I cant speak to whether this doctor is good, but even if he is, it isnt worth dealing with his team.In response to the reply below: If the owner of this site would please contact Dr. Shahrokh Javaheri or me, Id really appreciate it. I have tried calling his office multiple times and they are not answering my calls. They gave my insurance company his billing departments phone number and when we called, it was the wrong number. This is horrible and Dr. Javaheri needs to be made aware of how his office is operating. If he is a wonderful doctor, he needs to restaff because his patients deserve much better and so does he!

I have to find another sleep doctor cause ofhow stressful an experience going here was.I left a bad sleep clinic to come here. My old place lost 4 employees and I couldn’t get my test results . When I called they didn’t return calls. I had quit smoking 18 days and they upset me enough I had 2 cigarettes that day.I had to go in person to fight to get the results. After they ruin my quitting smoking I was enraged and rightfully so. They upset me enough to ruin my health .Unfortunately I had a similar even worse experience of stress and harm to my health after coming here. The problem was the old sleep place left me 4 months without a mask or 5 months cause they said wait for test results but I needed a mask before the test. So by the time I got here I was almost 6 months without being able to use my machine.So here starts the ridiculous part - the supplier and the office staff were bouncing me back and forth from pillar to post just to get a replacement sleep mask. First the insurance wouldn’t cover it , then they made me call the insurance to find a supplier . Then the supplier said the doctor sent the order but forgot to sign it , - it just went back and forth back and forth . To the point I was very upset and angry ,So the unfair part is the supply company blamed the doctor and the doctor blamed the supply company and then when I got made at Dr Javaharis office , they refused to reply to my call to get another doctors phone number that worked here who my insurance covered when I asked for the number, I had Ben apologized. My psychiatrist said I didn’t owe them an apology and that would’ve made him mad too. He said if they’re that bureaucratic I wouldn’t go there,Bottom line? The doctors office is punishing me when it’s the suppliers fault that made me get upset with the doctors office by blaming him for what I was going through . Then the doctors office would say it’s the supplyers fault ! ANY!!!!’ Human being would’ve got very angry!So now I might have to find a sleep doctor much farther away from where I lived he I’m being punished for what Thsy! Did . Not me!I HAd!!! To leave this place cause I kept explaining to the doctors office and supplier I’ve been 6 months! 6 months! Without a sleep mask! That’s serious!! They listened but didn’t hear . What about that aren’t you hearing?? It’s vital!! They were non chalant and oblivious to it. That hurts!!! The whole situation is! I have diabetes and had cancer in 2013 stage one - I had to leave this place cause if they were hurting my mental health or piece of mind , they sure were going to hurt my physical health! I refused!!! To let them ! So I’ll said goodbye . No one!!!!!! Is worth that!! Or no situation! Finally I get disappointed and discouraged cause so many of these sleep places are great at diagnosing but it’s appalling how lax some of them are with follow up,Follow up st sleep places or some sleep places seem so laxadaisical . Not all probably so I hope I’m successful in finding a new sleep center . I’m still angry they’re punishing me for something They! Did by forcing me to find a new doctor. No I would not go back here.

Great Dr, his nurse. not sure her name, red haired lady, is an absolute rude, disrespectful person. Hate talking to her in person, and on the phone. We are considering changing DRs 100% based on her. She is horrible.

Great guy, listens to the problems and has extensive experience if not the most experience of anyone on this earth. It is always a pleasure to work with this man.
