My dental hygienist, Berniece, is the best! She keeps challenging me to do better every visit-and I do! I love this location and how thorough they are.

I like Dr. Toth in the West Chester Dental office. Dr. Toth is very nice. She have pulled a couple of my teeth. I never feel any pain. I would not want any one else to pull my teeth.

This was my daughters first trip to the dentist and the staff did an outstanding job of making sure she had a great experience. Very friendly and I did not have to wait long to see the dental assistant. Highly recommend.

Everyone is so very helpful and makes you feel at ease. Deb McDonald is an excellent hygienist. Dr. Williams is very thorough and does excellent work! The staff that I know, Meg Kuethe and Arisa are some of the best assistants you could ask for. Great service.

I like knowing upfront what the costs will be.Everyone is always very friendly.Most notable- I love that there are later hours so that my kids dont miss school!It is always so easy to book appointments, and they always seem like they know just who I am when I call- thats a good feeling.Everyone is always good at explaining the situations to my young children about what will be happening to them.

The staff was nice and friendly. HOWEVER... they diagnosed me with FIVE cavities, that would have been over $1,000 worth of repair. I didnt understand how I could get 5 cavities in the time span of a year. I am thankful I went to another dentist. I got another X-ray, and learned that I had ZERO new cavities. DO NOT go to White Oak Dental clinics--unless of course you enjoy spending money for dental work and getting false cavities filled. They are expensive and untrustworthy.

I had a nice & smooth transition to the White Oak location from the Mt. Auburn/ Clifton location, which I had been a patient of for 20+ years. I look forward to bringing my children here for their first appointments—I hope the transition will be as smooth for them as well.

Cincinnati Dental Services has the nicest employees I’ve ever met at a dental office. I’m always treated like I’m their only patient. They understood that I was anxious about having a tooth extracted and they literally held my hand during the procedure to make me feel comfortable. I’d definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

The woman we got was EXCEPTIONALLY great with my daughter Ellie. She is a very nervous kid and would normally burst into tears doing something new. I think her name was Taylor but she was GREAT with Ellie and made her feel so comfortable and even made me feel better! As a result, Ellie is no longer scared of the dentist and shes excited about her next visit in 6 months! ThAnks!

I used to go to the Mt. Auburn office prior to it closing, and now have switched over to the White Oak office. Everyone from the front desk staff, to my hygienist, and the dentist were extremely welcoming.

My husband and I loved our dentist and our hygienist (Debbie.) Our issues were like other reviews on here.... the office scheduling and the billing. My husband left Cincinnati Dental Services back in September because of these issues. When I went to my appointment this month, they said they had cancelled my appointment too! The weird thing was they put the reason in the records as we had moved. So, the scheduling, the office, the billing.....were the main reason we no longer go here, and no, we have lived in the same place for 20 years - have not moved. I guess Cincinnati Dental really doesnt need customers....

The entire staff at Cincinnati Dental Services were exemplary. Everyone from the 2 Receptionist, to the Dental Hygenist to Dr. Williams. They treated me like a dear friend or family member! I have already recommended them to my relatives and friends!!!

The staff is always very courteous and professional. They take the time to listen to your concerns and explain procedures. I love the early hours for those of us that need flexibility in scheduling.

I love the actual dental staff... especially Gloria my hygenist. But just likeTammy said in her review... if you have a billing issue, the back office staff is hard to deal and will initially dismiss your input. They finally realized I was not an idiot and are now trying to resolve the issue. I have noticed lately that they are pushing additional procedures more strenuously than in years prior... but then again when you are retired dental needs and COSTS increase; but these costs are competing with lots of others on many peoples fixed incomes!

Quality work and a convenient location. Ive been coming here for 10 years. Glad to see that at least 2 of the dentists are female, 1 African American, the other Indian American.

My son had a tooth filled there and has top insurance but they charged him as tho he didnt have any and we were required to pay it. Afterwards I called our insurance company and in fact he was overcharged by $60. We called it to their attention just to be told it wasnt a mistake, so we had to call insurance and the bank to get this resolved. They were not nice about it and I believe they were trying to pocket the money. They didnt apologize for it, so that leads me to believe they were trying to take advantage. They were also unprofessional.

Horrible care. More interested in the bottom line and pushing people through than pain free experience. Would never recommend or go back.
