My experience was AMAZING! Everyone was professional & nice, the environment was clean, the service was fast, efficient & reliable! I highly recommend this location and these oral hygiene professionals! They made me feel comfortable and safe, they made recommendations from their personal experiences which made me feel even more comfortable with treatments and service! Thank you all and please continue the outstanding work! This is the best experience I have even had from a dental office in Cincinnati. Everyone even smiles and have professional, considerate conversations and were very pleasure towards one another, no hostility, unprofessionalism or frustrations.

This office is amazing! Very clean! The check in lady is very kind! Also, the staff makes you feel so comfortable.

I went for a walk in appointment, I was #5 in line. Got there at 7:30 in the morning. By 1:30 I was still waiting and so was the person in front of me in walk in appointments. I told the receptionist to cancel my appointment, she checked the schedule and was able to get me in the next day at 7pm. Got there & had to wait another hour and a half to be seen. Almost walked out. Once I got back there, they were nice and very explanatory. Only thing bad I have to say is the wait time is TERRIBLE.

First, let me say that 24/7 Dental location in Cincinnati is a very reliable, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful place of dentistry. From the receptionist, dental hygienist, and doctor; they were all great during my very first visit with them.I needed an extraction and I was referred to an oral surgeon who was very rude, unprofessional, and lacked empathy for the pain, etc. that I was experiencing. And, he is stated to be one of the best. I dont agree! I didnt go through with his services and began to search for another option.Im so glad that my insurance company list included 24/7 Dental. This was by far one of my best dental experience to date. I was a walk in, wasnt able to be seen that moment, but they called me a couple hours later and I was seen. They told me the wait, but it was shorter than stated and they showed they cared and took their time with me, because I was so nervous and previously had a bad experience some days ago.Doctor Rowan, Giselle, Toni, and the receptionist are professional, kind,empathetic, and understanding. That meant a lot to me and Im referring others to go them. Outstanding professionals and dental service!!!! Thank you!

So I have worked in dentistry for 15 years. I sent my grand-daughter here on a weekend because she had a gingival abscess. I sent her here for two reasons. 1. They were open 2. They had really great reviews and I know a few bad ones can often times not be true. But let me tell you the bad ones are true. Please be aware everyone. This place should be shut down. They heavily push for reviews in the practice as is I was surprised they didnt take her phone and do it themselves. The reviews are not all real...They offer money to people to get them. She was mistreated, under diagnosed and the place is clearly not following OSHA guidelines. She took several pictures and a video of the lines in the room that had blood in them and they hadnt even seen her yet so clearly it wasnt her blood. After she sent those to me I told her to get out of there! I already sent this to the Ohio dental board. I would be surprised if they dont do a pop up inspection very soon considering the women told me they were already aware of this office.

Did a great job on me. Only thing I wish they did was payment plans so I couldve saved my tooth instead having to sacrifice it due to the significantly higher cost. But still did a great job and made me comfortable

Had to get a tooth extracted. It was fast to pull it out but a piece of the root was still stuck in my gums. This was no fault of the dentist just how it was because it was curved. Normally I hate going to the dentist but he and his assistant was very good. Also they were cheaper than others I called and were able to see me same day. The others said it would be a few days to get in. Would recommend and also will go back.

Had a buckle filling fall out over a holiday weekend and was in pain. I was able to get an appointment within an hour, and Mary did an absolutely fantastic job getting my filling repaired with an excellent attitude and attention to detail. The tooth feels great! Thanks!

I have severe anxiety and have had a few bad dental experiences in my past... Dr. Lakhani made my root canal experience beyond exceptional... I felt like he listened to my concerns, and addressed them appropriately... it literally felt like a fill in... I cant thank him enough for the excellent work he provided! Excellent Doctor!!! I had such a great experience with 24/7 dental. The office is very clean and they make you feel welcome while in such pain. They work very quick and efficient. I was in such pain as to why I came to begin with, I came before opening and waited to be seen and I ended up going home for a few hours to get a call and return like told. Unfortunately I didn’t get to get seen that day because they were a little behind (which was expected) they did everything they could do make rescheduling east and quick (the next day) which I was SUPER pleased with. Sierra at the front desk was amazing and I apologize if her name is spelled wrong but she was so kind and understanding and so very helpful! She done exactly when she said she would do and I was very comfortable calling and speaking with her. Overall I was so happy because now not only is my pained issue gone but my experience was easy and made me less fearful for the next time. The dentist was amazing and worked so fast and efficiently. I had a tooth extracted and with 3 pushes it was out wasn’t anything to it and he went about his way I got my script and was out the door! HIGHLY recommend. And would gladly return.

This place is perfect for your emergency teeth needs!!! Make sure you get there early though or you will be waiting in line for a bit. I had to get a filling in my front tooth and they fix it up quick and it look perfect!!

Staff was so nice and friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job and the procedure was painless until after the numbing medicine wore off but overall no where near what I was anticipating and worrying over. With me being pregnant they continuously checked on me and did everything to make my as comfortable as possible and keep my baby safe! I will definitely be back after my baby is born to get the rest of my dental work thats needed!

Had a wisdom tooth that was almost completely gone when it came in, instead of pulling it they tried to fill it. The filling lasted a week and a couple other fillings I got there have fallen out too.

Horrible. Left me with an unfinished root canal and would not finish it. So i was just walking around with a big sensitive hole my molar for months. I was miserable. This is insurance fraud. Very dangerous. If you like being alive keep yourself out of this place.

This place is amazing! I had a tooth that needed pulled and after driving to numerous no appoint needed places, this place was the one that could help me. The front desk was extremely kind and explained that as a walk in I would have to wait until there is an available time. After about a 2 hour wait I was able to be seen. The staff and dentist were great as well! I was very nervous how things would go, but they made sure I was calm. The dentist didn’t judge and just asked where my pain was and looked and advised what would be needed. The only pain part was the numbing shot a sharp pinch but seconds later all was well(I was a whimp but the 3 seconds of the shot was better than two days of tooth pain) they made sure the numbing agent kicked in and after about 15 minutes they went to work and I was out there within an hour! I 100% would recommend this place no questions asked!

When I say this place is so friendly clean and covid free this was the best dental experience Ive ever had. I stopped going to the dentist for awhile couldnt find the right 1 for me,but now Im gonna be going back there n 2 weeks to get a deep cleaning. Priced are very affordable depending on your services. When I say I would recommend them to anyone I really would.

Never called to tell me equipment was broken. Already had evaluation done but just cause I was there wanted me to do another 1 yo be billed again. Doctor already told me I have perfect teeth to come back for cleaning. Why double do something that dont need to be done. OFFICE MANAGER WAS TERRIBLE. She mishandled the situation. I will not go back to recommend my family

I was so nervous because the previous dentist I went to I had cause several complications with my teeth. But the team at 24/7 was exceptional!!! Compassionate, thorough, honest, just awesome all around.. From the front desk receptionist, the dental assistants, x-ray technicians and the dentist!!! Once I left, I had suggested and referred 3 people to them and I hadnt even been gone an hour!!! My mouth feels so much better, I am truly thankful for all they did!!!

Every body at 24/7 Dental was very polite.They made me feel welcome they did my exrays took me to the chair numbed my tooth and pulled in less than 5 minutes this was the easiest pulled tooth ever. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH ILL BE BACK

I had a tooth that was 50% filling and the tooth broke off at the gum line on the tongue side of the filling. Fortunately I wasnt in any pain but the filling was sharp and I was afraid Id cut my tongue. I was surprised, and happy, to get an appointment within 2 hours of my call 6:00 pm. I showed up as schedule, did my paper work, they took me in the back and I walked out at 7:30 pm with my tooth extracted, no pain, and very happy with their professionalism and concern about my experience. Hats off to Dr. Brad Rowan for his communication skills, concerns, and laying out step by step of my procedure. I hope I never have to use an emergency dental service again but if I do I know who to call. Thanks for a painless and great experience.

I called on a Sunday and received an appointment for the very next day. Everyone was very welcoming. The assistant and doctor, answered any question or concern that I had. The procedure was quick, my tooth was removed and I was alleviated of all pain that I had previously been feeling. I plan on returning for future visits, myself and have recommended this office to my family, for their very own dental needs.

My current dentist couldnt get me in until 3 weeks after my filling came out. Because I didnt have an appointment, I arrived 2 hours before opening because I knew it was first come, first served. I went in at 8:15 after they took care of the people with appointments first, filled out my paperwork, and then was told to sit in my car until they called me inside. I was taken back around 9:00, there were technical issues with the X-ray machines, so they werent able to do an x-ray of the missing filling. However, they did go ahead and look at the tooth, file it down, and replace my missing filling. Knowing that an emergency walk-in dentist is going to take more time and money than a standard dentist appointment at my regular dentist, I could not be more pleased with the service that I got. The missing star is due to the confusion and time spent with the X-ray issues.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had! I had some work done and I did not feel a thing. The dentist made sure I was completely numb before doing my dental work needed, while in the past at my other dentistry I had to endure the pain of the work being done. Throughout the process they talked to me and let me know what was happening and kept checking up on me. It was just such an awesome experience. I was also a walk in so I had to wait a few hours from 8-2 but it was totally worth it for emergency dental work. If you do not wish to wait, schedule an appointment. You will not be disappointed, Highly recommend!!

My second experience with 24/7 Dental was a lot better than the first. My filling in my tooth fell out a second time within 2 months. They were nice enough to take me right away. Even though the dentist there didnt take my insurance, they still let me come in and refilled my tooth for me. The visit only took 30 minutes. That was nice of them to do that for me!

Im going to report this place..the dentist stated he took one wisdom tooth out but didnt..I have pieces of teeth left in my gums that he did not remove..I feel that he intentionally did not numb me..they left me on my back with no aide to suction my mouth after he took a tooth out and went to work on someone else..I understand he couldnt stay there but an assistant should had been in there left with me..I was left in a high position, flat with my mouth full of blood..I understand the difference between pressure and pain. I felt more pain after he stated he numbed me. I am mandated to report negligence and abuse and thats what I experienced. I have to see another dentist and get put under what he should had done but didnt. Everyone have potential to do a good job..they need to get investigated so they can do better.

My doctor was very kind and understanding. I have bad anxiety so he continuously checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay and not feeling pain. And if I was, he would numb the area. My only issue is he left a chunk of tooth sticking out of the side of my gums that is super jagged and is cutting up the side of my mouth. Which I fear is gonna spark an infection. There is another jagged piece that catches on and tears my gauze in the area where tooth was removed. They should have been removed if not filed down at the very least. I also got nothing to help manage pain which was a bit strange. I cant help but question the professionality after this being my first experience with them. I dont think I would go back if Im being honest. Id rather go somewhere that will complete the job

Registering as a new patient was extremely timely (especially with the amount of pain I walked in with). Gave solutions to my problems that day and for the future! Everyone including dentist was extremely nice and professional.

Went for what I thought was just needing a new filling. Ended up getting a root canal and several fillings. The fillings are too big and I now need a root canal on both of my back molars. $1700 I will have to pay to correct this. Id like my money back that I paid

I have had a lot of bad experience with other dental offices in the pass lack of compassion and care for me as a patient but when I came to 24/7 dental office it was totally different, the staff was very professional, compassionate, polite, very clean environment. The receptionist was very polite and kind to me as well. I was in and out without any wait time I was amazed how quick their process was and the amount of care they provided for me and the Doctor was amazing he was very gentle and showed so much compassion I felt so comfortable in this office and would recommend you all to anyone I know. I would definitely return . Great staff❤❤❤❤

I was BLOWN AWAY by my experience at 24/7 Dental. I have been struggling with dental pain after a different dentist redid a filling for me on a very sensitive tooth. The facility was very clean and put in a noticeable effort to take safety precautions with Covid. The entire staff that I came into contact with were all impressive! They were very personable, professional, efficient, friendly, compassionate and kind! The dentist was patient with me and kept checking in with me on my pain level and trying to be as comforting and encouraging as he could be considering! I was shocked at how reasonable the pricing was and the bedside manners and overall vibe of the office was one of the best I have EVER experienced for ANY medical provider! I was referred to them by a friend and am forever grateful! I already have my next appointment scheduled and will continue to HIGHLY recommend this office!

FInd a new dentist !!!!Will be reporting to better business bureaus for investigation. After reading a lot of reviews you will see they have multiple issuesDo not use this place . Came in for a teeth cleaning and they decided they needed to pull wisdom teeth out and clean the teeth at the next appointment . Went in they pulled my teeth and decided not to clean teeth and not say anything . Called back today they were rude refused to take me in for a cleaning and pretty much told me I was a liar and they wouldn’t say that they would clean my teeth ... so apparently there dentist go around telling people they can do things that they can’t so that when you come back in they can take the thousands of dollars for the teeth removal or others problems and then leave other issues to get worse so you have to come back and spend more money with them ....

I had a fillin fall out twice from a previous doctor. Mary filled my tooth exceptionally! She was very precise. Dr Rowan numbed me perfectly…I felt no pain. I went in as a walkin patient. I highly recommend going to 24/7 Dental.

They were extremely professional, got me in as soon as they could. They stay busy so when they say show up early for walkins in the morning that’s what they mean. Just try to remember they are doing the best they can and they have a lot of people to take care of in a short amount of time. They make it very comfortable for you and I am going back. ☺️

Extremely unprofessional and lack of communication with cost of services is baffling.. ill never be back to this place and will continue to go to my family dentist office instead of a misleading 24/7 emergency dentist office.. it cost me 550 for a minor chipped tooth ... the lady on the phone said 202 for what I wanted done

I cracked my tooth and the nerve was expoased. I went in around 6 on a Thursday, the dentist in that evening didn’t take my insurance (care source) however I had been there prior so I paid 26$ out of pocket for x rays and him to see what needed done. He decided I needed a root canal and a couple fillings so they made me an appt for two days later and sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds. I went back Saturday and had the dental work done. From the moment I walked in the door until I walked out every staff member I came in contact with was amazing. And I’ll be finishing getting my dental work done at 24/7 dental.

This is the most disgusting establishment I have ever been to. Its really gone down hill this year I guess even with covid when I was in last year it wasn like this. Sure theyre were long wait times but management must have changed or somethin cause this place was messy. The nice black lady I was seein wasn theryre either!!! Staff was rude and they more worried about bein on they phone and when I voiced my concerns the office manager as she so proudly stepped up and introduced herself wanted to argue and be rude to me cause she was up playin on her phone jokin with the other girls to. And she made it out like this what I get for having medicaid. Do better! Id like to say I wont be back but the doctor himself wasn bad and hes the only one that accepts my insurance but they gotta fix this. Get new management because your place is falling apart! And dont have that bich Anna or what eve reach out to me.

Do NOT go here! YOU WILL LEAVE IN AS MUCH PAIN AS YOU SHOWED UP WITH IF NOT MORE! GO TO ER! I was seen the same day. They said my root was causing trouble. I opted to pull the tooth. During the 40 minutes it took to get the tooth out, they told me how strong my roots were. I thought the roots were the problem. They wrote Tylenol 3. Those are not touching the pain. Im allergic to Vicodin so they refuse to help anymore. I am NOT on dope. I have never been addicted to any drug but they treated me like a doper for wanting my pain to go away. Im in my 40s and know what works in my body. They are too arrogent to help or listen. IM TYPING THROUGH TEARS.

Im not a fan of dentists (as most ARENT ) because of a very bad experience with a prior dentist BUTTTTTT I will never go anywhere else again after HOW GOOD I was treated here at 24/7 !!!!! The doctor was very nice , trusting , thorough , & VERY EASY to point of literally not feeling a thing & I had 2 teeth pulled at SAME time WITH A HUGE ABSCESS UNDER THEM!!! He made sure he explained what was wrong , going to happen , & how it was going to be fixed MAKING ME FEEL COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE & ASSURED THAT I WAS IN GOOD HANDS !! The ENTIRE staff there was awesome including assistants & front desk ladies!!!! If your in need of a emergency dentist with very reasonable prices I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 24/7 !!!!! Im having them fix MANY years of neglect to my teeth because of my bad experience with prior dentist & MY ONLY REGRET IS NOT FINDING HIM SOONER !!! If all dentists were as good as him PEOPLE WOULDNT BE SO SCARED OF THEM IN 1ST PLACE & THATS JUST KEEPING IT HONEST !!!

This office and staff are probably one of THEE best dental offices in the tri-state area. I have a slight fear of going to the dentist, but they gave me ease going in. From the asst. Mgr. Jannell, the dentist Dr. Rowan and the assistants+ Marla and Molly.... all made sure I was ok.. I normally dont post reviews, but the staff at this office definitely cars about their patients, and I felt the need to share with others. Great job 24/7 dental!!!

Needed an emergency extraction. walked in at 8:30. Walked out at 9:35 . tooth gone. Dr G did a great job had no pain. everyone was friwndly and helpful. Highly recomend.

I got in fairly quickly after an emergency however dentist said nothing could be done. Had to go to a different dentist the next day and have teeth removed because it was not fixed properly within the first 12 hours of injury.

I give them a 5 star rating because both times I have been there they are all so nice and good too me....I had a panic attack after getting the novacaine and Janelle was right there with me and helped calm me down....I definitely recommend them for any dentistry work you need done....I go back in June too have the last of my teeth pulled out and once healed I will have my dentures made by them and I will have my smile back....thank you too the whole staff at 24/7....you all are awesome....

I would give them three stars if the prices were in line with other clinics. I paid $80 just so a Dr could confirm the treatment I had already planned on getting. I had a tooth ache from a deep cavity. I knew extraction was my cheapest and quickest option. I figured paying $80 would at least get me a professional opinion and maybe an alternative but it didn’t. Then the extraction was $187 a procedure that is normally no more that $100. My total was $260+ and there’s no follow up in case I have questions or concerns. I’d wait it out over the weekend, which is the only time this place would come in handy, and go to a more affordable place during the week.

Extremely friendly and comforting staff. Echo is the best there! They did an amazing job on a front tooth root canal and the dentist was very careful when giving me the numbing shot, Ill be going back for the third time in a couple of weeks. Im happy about my smile and I can eat food again from all the work that theyve done

I just have one question I need wisdom to teeth out and I’m wanting to be sedated for that one but I’m seeing reviews that there’s no sedation but it’s on the website ? Can someone explain ?

I was able to be seen on a Saturday to have a painful tooth repaired. The staff was professional and kind. The dentist did a great job making me feel comfortable and took care of the problem. I appreciate everyone involved in my care.

I had a terrible toothache. The staff is very nice and pleasant. I waited about 5 hrs to be seen but I had other ppl ahead of me. I refused to leave and start over the next day.. The dentist numbed me up so good that I was able to move my mouth to talk. Lol..I ate a full meal. I was 2 days hungry. I wish he was my primary dentist. I didnt even experience that much blood lost. Overall, Im grateful that I had a wonderful experience. We all know the dentist is the last place we wanna go... Thanks 24/7 Dental.

I give the doctor and clinical staff 5 stars. They were quick and easy. The doctor was good about calming me down. The business staff on the other hand needed some serious help. They called me in and then I waited 5 hours to be seen. I had to call my insurance to get the answers to their questions because it did not work for them supposedly. So the business and front desk would receive a 2. There is a better working system then that.

Absolutely fantastic! I had a broken wisdom tooth and was in extreme pain. After calling several places that said they took my insurance. This was the only place that did, they had me in and out within an hour and a half. I have extreme anxiety disorder and had an episode in the office and they were very patient and understanding. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Had a long wait after getting numbing shot and the dentist couldnt pull my total tooth out. Now I have a referral to U.C. for more pain as if Im starting all over. Truly disappointing.

If there was a zero rating thats what i would have selected. This place is pathetic. Had a 8AM appointment and was told at 9AM they do not accept Delta Dental insurance for federal employees, so the cost would be out of pocket. They do accept Delta dental for non-federal employees. They try their best to rip people off, so patients BEWARE! And bring your PATIENCE with you!!

Drove down here because I’m having excruciating pain in my mouth and they accept walk-ins. So I walk only to find out the doctor that works with my insurance isn’t there so I can’t be helped. Oh and he also don’t be back till Monday. So then I had to walk out. I wish they would explain that on there website before wasting people’s time driving down there.

Dr.Roeden was awesome first time ever getting a tooth pulled and he was so professional and handled my medical wants and needs very rapidly. Highly recommend!

Dr. G. and all of his assistants did an amazing job. They were very capable and reassuring and a potentially traumatic procedure was made entirely bearable by such a professional and caring team. They took excellent care of me and I am very pleased. Everything was numbed expertly and I didnt feel a bit of pain! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I would reccomend this place to anyone. I came in as a walk in and I did have to come back later in the day to be seen but they took care of the pain in was in for days!!!! The Doctor and staff were great and im so grateful I was able to be seen in such good hands

A great dental place, I think they need better hygienists and need a better schedule time. The first one I had was too heavy handed and caused me pain for a month. The second lady was great fast and efficient. Scheduling needs to be better dont tell me to be there at 3 then don see me until 4 even the doctors office don do that.

I visited the office 12/27/2020. The service was great. However, I received a text message from a local pharmacy this morning that medicine is ready. Dr. Kirkpatrick did not prescribe medicine for me. The pharmacy told me that the prescription was a hardcopy. My name, dob, phone number, and address matched mine. I made this known to the office manager. She did not appear to be concerned about the clerical error made in the office. In fact, she put the blame on the pharmacy.

The staff was awesome at keeping me from anxiety for this tooth in back of my teeth had pulled. The doctor was fast and very professional always keeping my comfort and numbing my gums enough to where I only felt slight pulling! It was great!

I had an abscessed tooth emergency and needed a tooth pulled, and when I called they told me to come right in and they would see me. I waited in the lobby, in extreme pain, for over 2 hours after I rushed to get there to be fit in. While waiting another couple came in and were told no more walk-ins after they had driven over an hour to get there. The only reason they werent turned away was they spoke to the girl telling them no more walk-ins and she told them to come! Once I was finally seen, they shot me up with Novocain and then I waited some more, the dentist came to pull it and it wasnt numb. More Novocain, more waiting, and still not numb! Dentist finally pulls it anyway. Talk about extreme pain!!! I do have to say he did pull it quickly and tried to cause as little pain as possible, even asking me if I wanted him to stop, I said no. I would have given 4 stars and just left off the one for the longer than necessary wait, but after he was done, no one gave me any instructions. At all. Someone handed me a small pack of 3-4 squares of gauze and said hold this and they said I was waiting for a prescription, and that was it. No after-care, no explaining what the prescription was for or how to take it, absolutely nothing. It was more like Heres your hat, theres the door. so there went the 2nd star. Would I use them again? Only if it were an extreme emergency, definitely not intentionally. Their patient interaction is sorely lacking and their concern for how long people wait while so obviously in pain is horrible. The only saving grace was the Dentist himself and his precision and speed with a non-numb extraction.

Im 11 weeks pregnant and have been plagued with a broken and infected molar. I called 24/7 Dental, and the automated system told me what time to be a walk-in and what documents I need ( from my obgyn). I got there as specified, they gave me forms to fill out and gave me an estimate on what time to come back (as a walk-in, not an appointment). They gave me courtesy call to let me know that a space would be opening up soon and to head back to be seen. So I go back and they are so sweet. My dental assistant made sure I was suited for x-rays correctly and talked with me (we watched a little movie action) until the dentist was ready. They got that molar out of there the SAME DAY! I left with stitches, prescriptions, and a sense of relief. Great job and great staff. Plus Ciara the receptionist was nice and has bomb nails 😁

I went in as a walk in on Monday, September 13th because I was having intense pain in one of my wisdom teeth. It was a very long wait as a walk in, but I was seen that day and prescribed antibiotics. They were able to schedule me to have all four wisdom teeth removed that same Friday, Sep 18th. The Doctor was very fast with pulling the teeth, and I walked out an hour later. They don’t do nitrous oxide or anesthesia. It’s only local numbing, so be aware of that. I have no complaints. It’s the very next day, and I really feel almost pain free, which is good because they only prescribed Motrin. All in all, it went very well. The staff are also incredibly kind.

I had a dental emergency, that needed taken care of same day. Despite not having any available appointments, they were able to get me in as a walk-in.The staff was very kind and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that they planned to do.I’ll definitely be going back for the rest of my dental work.

My first scheduled visit to 24/7 dental was awesome. The receptionists were kind and patient. Once I arrived, I had a bit of a wait and more waiting once I was back but expected. The staff were nice, patient, and answered any questions. The dentist also was attentive and did a great work. I appreciated the moments to laugh and conversation to ease the nervousness. I will be back for dental work part 2. Thank you all!Also, I’d highly recommend scheduling an appointment instead of walk in and being unsure if you’ll be able to be seen (Learned this as I tried walk in the first time).

I came in To the office and my mouth is a mess... my appointment was at 7:30pm and they got me back right away.. I had three teeth removed and was out of there by 9:30! The women were so sweet and informative.. I can’t wait to go back and get the rest of my work done which is already scheduled!

This place is a joke. I cant tell you how many times I have been denied by them after them telling me to come in for a bunch of different reasons. Just today they told me to come in and denied me because my ID was expired. I have been in pain for weeks now. This is the only place that takes my insurance. I have never been to a health provider then them denying me because of my ID is expired. Its sickening to deny someone even when they are in so much pain.

OK So. First Day I Went For Walkin. I Was 3rd In Line. They were busy but I did get an appointment For Next Day. Drs And Assistants Did Good. He Made Sure I Was Numbe Before He Started The Extraction. He Was Quick And Did It Quickly. Its Not Like Other Places Where They Make You Even More Nervous For The Anastasia Shot. They Just Do It And I Love It. Now I Get To Go Back And Get A Root Canal And Fillings. Plus With My Insurance I Paid Nothing. Thank You Guys.

I appreciate the staffs professionalism, courtesy, and skill. Theyre cool people who make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. And the communication in the office is warm and caring.

They maybe called 24/7 but they are not open 24 hours and when you call in to make an appointment do to Cov-19. They just tell you that they are not able to help you because they are brooked for the walk-in and appointment. This is not right, if some place is called 24/7 and emergency, then they should be open 24/7 and be able to see you and not make excuses as to why they are not able to help you. I would not bother with them because they are not a place that I will not test with myself or with my five year old daughter. Because when I called in to make an appointment I do not wanted to be turned away because I am new to the area. Which is why they gave me the above excuses. The person I talked to asked if I have been seen by them before, I said I was new to the area and it would be my first time. I bet anything, if I said that I have been seen by them before the person I talked to would have made me an appointment.Do not wast your time. find some place else.
