We had a great time walking through the Peaslee neighborhood and going to the park there. The park has been updated with new equipment, nice clean pool, a water feature, and an overall beautiful atmosphere. My daughter said it was the best park she has been to all summer. There was even a trio of violinist playing while we were there. There was a large ropes structure for climbing that my daughter enjoyed. It is worth the drive if you dont live in the neighborhood.

Peaslee is a great community whose club, Adjacents of Change is a wonderful adolescent-educational location for those families who are supportors of social justice.

My children and I participated in a drumming class led by Baba Charles Miller. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain concepts from a 7 year old to an adult. Peaslee is a fantastic place to learn music (from excellent teachers) to engage in participatory education through a community walk, an urban plunge, service learning, and a great Early Learning Center with experienced fun teachers to nurture and inspire your little ones.

I had my son going there and when I told the staff that my husband got a restraining order to stay away from our son the manager of the daycare said that since they always saw him and me dropping off our son ( Not as though they see me up all night with our son because he stayed sick and was miserable through the night.). They told me that they needed to see paperwork to prove it. If they needed paperwork for law reason they never said that they only said stated above.
