Amazing, I finally found someone to trust to do my hair and nails!!

No mask worn by stylist, the salon is dirty. They Curse in front of customers. They let the phone ring and ring. Overall I honestly don’t believe they know anything about maintaining healthy hair in there.

Always a pleasant experience the staff is very friendly and professional. The quality of work is second to none,truly a very talented group of nail technicians & beauticians. I would definitely recommend.Rae is my nail technician she always aims to please shes a perfectionist as is everyone in the salon.

I have been a patron of Trendsetters Hair studio for many of years. I go there for all my services when it comes to beauty , hair , nails and even lashes. Ashley always makes me beautiful, Ebony keeps my lashes looking nice. Marsha always goes above and beyond on my nails. Great staff ... keep up the good work ladies!

Although I appreciate your apology on FB on behalf of Rae, however by mentioning she’s a contractor is just pretty much saying she can say and do what she wants.Even though she isn’t technically an employee, she’s still does get a check from you. Her attitude and the way she handle the constructive criticism obviously shows that she isn’t ready to be part of your company and brand. As a business owner, you should take heed on how this can mess up your brand and give you a bad rep as being racist by still cutting her a check.Whats even more appalling are your comments. As a SMALL business owner, you have A LOT more to lose. Think about it.

I can’t believe nail tech Rae Lenelle would write such appalling racist comments all over Facebook, then get defensive when told her derogatory, racist language was wrong. Yikes. Like other people have said, this reflects very poorly on this business. Won’t be stepping foot in here and I’ll make sure to tell all my girlfriends who get their nails done. Did you really think limiting comments and changing the wording on the initial post would help? SHAMEFUL. This place will go viral... for all the wrong reasons.

Racism is something that can slide here. Until the employee who called us asians, chinks, is fired, I will let everyone I know to never come here. She doesnt see what she did was wrong

I’m not going to give my business to a salon that employs a nail tech that uses derogatory, racist terms to refer to Asians. That’s disgusting and says a lot about an establishment. Allowing and condoning their technicians to be so vocally racist online. Embarrassing.
