Received a gift that a friend bidded on at an auction for a certificate valued at 62.00. Clearly stated Expiration Date: None, Tried to get in twice and received a call back to advise that it was expired. Nice Job!! This is what quality customer service has turned into today but after the service I didnt get today my guess would be the quality of this salon may be expired too. I guess I will give one star since an actual human called me back to give me lack of quality in person. Thank you so much Barbara Clark.

Scarlet OHairs, in addition to having such a clever name, is a delightful salon with a very competent staff and receptionist. Im grateful for them, and that it is clean, and for the fact that they are following all CDC guidelines during the pandemic. Five stars!
