I went there to get my hair done for prom with a simple lace front. It was obvious that the stylist was rushing to get me out of the chair, but I let her finish. She had me turned away from the mirror the whole time while she was doing it. When she finally finished I was horrified. However it was my first visit and I didn’t wanna start a scene so I just left to go get it redone at another salon. She cut the lace off the wig wayyy too short and the sides of the wig were lifting by the time I got home. The way she laid my edges were horrendous it looked like a sharpie drawing. It was the night before prom and I went home in tears thank you Miss Nettie 😋😋

Very unprofessional and rude. Its hit or miss because the quality of service you recieve is not consistent due to the stylists not all being on the same level. I dont doubt the skill but the professionalim is not there communication wise.
