Note- this comment is ~1 year after the appointment. They sent me a reminder and well.. I was reminded. The timing for my evaluation coincidentally occurred just after the Biden Vaccine mandate.I came here for an exam to determine allergies. I had them perform testing for pets, pollen, and food. The team was thorough and polite during the first portion of the exam. During the exam the doctor and an assistant had stepped next door, I overheard the doctor and his assistant bad-mouthing me that the only reason i was in the office was to get testing for a medical exemption. When they presented me with my results they never showed me any of the actual data, specifically for food-related allergies. I am highly suspicious of the data they presented me, and more-so that they discriminated against me for their perceived reason of my appointment. Not going back.

I followed Dr. Kelly Metz to Family Allergy u0026 Asthma. As an adult patient, I really like the practice. No appointments necessary for routine allergy shots. When I arrive, I sign-in using a personalized card and the nursing team automatically begins to prep for my shot and knows my personal information. The staff is very welcoming, listens to where I want the shot in my arm and very helpful in answering questions. Highly recommended!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Metz since I moved to Cincinnati 5 years ago and I loved her the moment I met her. She is amazing, she is attentive and listens to her patients. She also sees my 12 year old daughter as well. My daughter and I both love her. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve come in contact with since I’ve moved here. It’s very hard finding doctors who love what they do instead of loving there pay checks more. She’s definitely treats us like family. Her staff is amazing and patient as well. Thank you Dr. Metz and staff for making my daughter and I feel as comfortable as possible.

Family Allergy u0026 Asthma in Cincinnati provides top-notch patient care. This includes allergist, other healthcare professionals, and office staff. An aspect of care that I appreciate the most is timeliness/efficiency of follow-up recommendations and clear patient instructions, including medication dosing instructions and a comprehensive visit summary. The allergist, Dr. Metz, is by far one of the best physicians I have ever had the good fortune to see.

I really like Dr. Metz and the team at the Kenwood location. The problem I have with the company is that when I call I can never get to the person I need to speak to with questions. I finally get a live person who sends me to another person and I get their voice mail! Frustrating! Then I dont get a return call for anywhere from 3-5 days, or I have to try calling again. They need to have separate people for the different regions where their offices are, not one center that all calls go through.
