I can no get on the phone to talk to anyone but a controller who just says they can’t help me and then connects me to another line where no one answers. I know times are crazy, but I have been trying to get in touch with someone at the clinic for over a month now and to no avail. Today I waited in hold to hopefully schedule an appointment for an hour and 15 minutes! Only to have the ‘system’ experience issues and disconnect me. Not sure what is going on here but if anyone can get in touch with me at the clinic I would be so grateful.

I can’t use my arm anymore since they cut some nerve in there.

Do not answer there phones and when they do they just hang up
