We first met Michelle just a few days ago at the Chula Vista location, watching how she handled a simple spill that could have easily injured so many kids gave my husband and I the confidence that brining my kids here wed be in good hands.Michelle is absolutely amazing.. Ive never seen someone navigate through that Many issues so quickly and evidently. Bringing our kids whilst she works makes me happy to come here .

Great place to take kids but it is not cheap

Just got my three kids elite passes and let’s talk about Michelle the manager. She is amazing. I’be have been here twice a day for the past week. (My kids are Obsessed) ive seen Michelle motivate her staff, empower them and is just super quick to jump into action for anything. I’m honestly impressed with this place and the management is supreme. Give her a raise!!!!!!

First time hosting a birthday party for my son at Sky Zone since moving back to SD. It was an awful experience. From the check in being so unorganized and time consuming. Also the party room floors were soaked and wet at 1:30 which was my party time. I was on my knees drying the floors with napkins. Finally got my guest in the room by 1:45. Also the party room had ants. I just feel that they were under staffed, and many kids were unsupervised. My 2 year old daughter was flipped in the air by a boy who wasn’t being watched. And my host was never around. I asked to speak to a manager several times but she wasn’t very helpful. I know my kids had fun, but as a party host it was very stressful to the point of me wanting to cry.

Its getting to the point where I no longer feel safe coming here. The second to last time an adult threatened my child (during our birthday party!!), then proceeded to cuss out the staff for the next hour (repeatedly). She was never asked to leave despite her behavior. This most recent visit today multiple groups of younger children maybe around 10 years old were dropped off by their families and left unattended. Where they proceeded to get in multiple fights with each other and scream and cuss each other out Im front of my small children.If people CANNOT BEHAVE and create and unsafe environment they should be asked to leave. After the first occurrence I cant even get any of my friends to return here.

Fun all around for my kids.

Overall, not impressed. Place is dirty. Floor is sticky and place is hot. Staff doesn’t enforce game rules. Staff lacks attentiveness. Place is small my kids ran out of things to do in less than 15 minutes. DEFY gravity in Apex, NC is much better.

They offer a Military discount. Variety of activities for the kids to participate in. Michelle at the front desk provided great customer service!

First time coming here also my last. Kids are running around wild and unsupervised. Trampolines are small; think of it like a whole bunch of little trampolines like the ones you have in your backyard for your 5 year old put together by a cushion foams. The rule is one person per trampoline. Small kids and big kids cant play dodgeball together. They have to wait for their age group to go next so they can play. This takes away from kids learning how to play and work together. Also wastes time because my kid loves to play dodgeball and he has to wait 3 rounds before he can play again. Its a weekend and I know its supposed to be busy, but when the place is understaffed there is chaos and disorganization. I am a very unsatisfied customer as my expectations for this place were very high. Their advertising is not what they portray to be.

Its a pretty fun place with a lot of different activities. It looks a bit small at first but its really isnt. Food is very overpriced. If you are going there and you are not sure how long you will be there the all day pass is great value.

Extremely understaffed and the staff are unorganized. They cleaned the private rooms but left the floor soaking wet a person slipped in the room. The pizza is disgusting. Over all not worth it!

Just brought my kids for the first time since the pandemic started and it didnt feel very safe. I was surprised that the staff wasnt encouraging kids under 12 to mask up. Obviously they arent vaccinated. Places like this stand to lose the most if the Delta variant shuts things down. You would think they would want to play it safe. But hardly any of the kids had masks and there are no limits on capacity. When I talked to staff about it, they said they are not instructed By management to enforce anything. So, once it got a bit crowded, we left. I dont want to put my kids at risk.

This probably the worst jump zone I have been too! The place is tiny. Half of the things in the restroom are broken. Please steer clear. Me and my family will not come back here. Also if you do decide to go make sure you have Sky Zone socks because they dont except any other jump zone socks.

I fly from Tampa to San Diego every year for a week so that I can see my grandson and attend his birthday party. Last year the party was at Sky Zone. Everyone had a great time! The employees were great with the kids and their party host made sure everything flowed smoothly throughout the transition from the jump area, into the party room and to the end of our time limit in the facility, all the while making sure we all had everything we needed for our meal, gift opening and cake. We didnt have to worry about set up or clean up! It was a wonderful experience! Give them a try!

Great place for kids and adults alike to get their energy out! Pretty reasonably priced considering. Only complaint I have is that they need more staff during certain times. I watched a team member trying to scramble to find someone cover the snack bar as there was a pretty significant line but assigned staff members to certain stations couldnt really afford to leave their spot, I even observed a staff member look at the line and step into the staff members only door without going to help the line. Eventually one of the staff members had to leave their assigned station to assist the snack bar. Then 2 staff members proceeded to help themselves to the soda machine over helping guests at the snack counter. I just feel all of it could be avoided with better planning. Other then that my kids are happy with their experience and thats all that matters to me!

I went here when I was twelve for my birthday. My one friend came, Bella. that was a bummer, i wish more of my friends came but I was too nervous to invite them. I really liked superman so I wore my superman shirt and socks. Good food good time good jump jump. Will return. Hopefully with more friends.

I went with my 25 yr old little brother (light skinned black), 30 year old brother (big guy), my sister in law (mixed, but looks Latin) with my her 2 yr old son (looks like a black mixed kid) as well as myself (black and Mexican) and my 2 year old son (mixed light skinned). As soon as my 30 yr old brother, darker guy, walks into the trampoline area they told my brother he wasnt allowed to wear his hat. There is no rule saying you cant wear hats! As we walked up to the area for toddlers, were we were told that only one parent per child could be in the area with the child. Then my 25 yr old little brother was told he could not be in the area at all so he decided to jump in the square in front of the toddler area and he was then told he was now allowed to go in the toddler area with the rest of us. The guy, who refused to give his name (pictured), said that we could jump with our kids after that. So all of us adults were literally jumping up and down in our own little individual square then the manager Brandon Ugo came to tell us our options! We were told that our options were to stand on the side and watch the children jump, leave the kids there and jump on the other side or bring our 2 year old children to the big kid side and risk them getting knocked over! They were extremely rude and I feel that they targeted us because of our race! I will never go there again! The worst part is we were all just there for my sons 2nd birthday party March 4th and they didnt have any of these rules! Worst experience ever!!

We recently booked a glow in the dark party for my daughter. My daughter and all her guests had a blast. Everyone enjoyed it. Staff was amazing, courteous, and upbeat. I highly recommend Sky Zone for your next birthday party.

Outstanding venue for keeping kids busy and active. Food is just ok. Exceptional service, from beginning to end by our assigned party hostess, Angelique. If you are ever there for a party request her service. Plenty of parking, not easily visible from the street. Other good restaurants and businesses in the nearby area. Will definitely be considering a return for future kids party needs.

We had my sons 11th birthday party here and I could not be more impressed. The staff was amazing! They explained everything that was included with the package I purchased and were very attentive throughout our time there. The kids had A BLAST and customer service was above and beyond!💖💛💚💙💜

My son attended a birthday party here on a Thursday afternoon. The kids practically had the entire place to themselves. The staff assigned to take care of them was very attentive. He picked up their trash and refilled their drinks, gave out pizza slices and cake. I feel like the service was really above and beyond his duty description. He was fantastic.The woman who was hosting the party said it was worth every dollar and she will never have a birthday party anywhere else again. So it looks like this is where we will have birthday parties for my son, also!

Normally I would give this place 5 stars was a little disappointed that the bathrooms were out of order a little inconvenience when you have a group of kids that all have to pee at different times. But other than that great staff, very helpful and understand great with the kids. Place nice and clean well kept

Its a whole different level of fun and interaction, something you dont get to do more often. The place where i can be a kid again. Also, the staff were very attentive and observant, it really made me feel safe for my kids.

Great location. Building is smaller than others but good quality trampolines. These trampolines have a softer bounce than others. No age requirement as long as you can bounce by your self. Clean restrooms.

Went for a birthday party. Sticky floors that didnt get cleaned after at least 3 people told them about the different spills on the floor. This got tracked onto the trampolines- yuck. Also, they dont allow mixed ages for their dodge ball. Whats the fun if you cant bean your kids?! Rockin Jump totally supports the family fun- go there instead.

Had an amazing time, establishment was clean and workers were very kind. One worker in particular, Kristina, helped me in the park and gave me a rule speech that was welcoming and helpful as it was my first time jumping. She was very sweet and always looked enthused the whole time I was there. I am very content with the kindness that these workers exert towards newcomers and I would definitely visit again and recommend this establishment.

It was a fun time for everyone. Kids were there for a bday party, so pizza was served along with other snacks to keep the kids fed, and the trampolines entertained them for a few hours.

Opens up at 2pm on the weekdays. The boys loved it. Employs very attentive and helpful. They had a Special yesterday 5.00 for 1/2 hour or $20 for all day. They were there a little longer but were ready to go home, as it was getting close to dinner. Looks like a lot of fun. Had a snack bar also.

I had my sons birthday party yesterday at skyzone and our host Josh was a true hustler. He insured that we had everything we needed would make sure to be available for questions and kept an eye on us at all time. The kids had 2 hours of jump time, and for them, it flew by. They all seemed to have a good time even my 2 yr. Old. Would recommend for parties.

Who doesn’t have fun at sky zone - I recommend you bring your own jump socks. Can get busy at certain times and certain days sometimes they have specials late into the evening - safe place for tweens and young teenagers.

Toddler time is the best time. I enjoy the friendly customer service of all the staff, with an exception to one manager. When there are a lot of kids it seem too overwhelming for the staff. Parents should watch their children better, too.

The actual attraction itself is amazing. The trampolines are set up so you can jump without running into anyone which is great with a lot of kids running around & the basketball/dodgeball/foam pit are really fun. Unfortunately had an issue with a rude employee but was assured he would be reprimanded as this was not his first incident. Only other issue was it was SO HOT! One you start running & jumping with 50+ people, it gets to be hot quick & the room we reserved to eat cake & open gifts in was hotter so that was a bummer. Crank the A/C next time & Ill be more than happy to give 5 stars😃

Was attending a party for my niece and the food took extremely too long to come out. The children were hungry from jumping around. When the food did arrive they were small and some were overcooked. Also one of the hostess were rushing my sister out of the room after we just gotten our food. We had to explain to her that we needed time to eat as everything ran behind dur to no fault of ours. I was visiting from out of town but this was a horrible experience.

Its okay, $20 for 90 minutes. Took my boy for his 15th, good workout, they had fun. Seems more for the 6-14 age group.

The service was good at this place, but I did feel very uncomfortable during my visit. As I was there I noticed one worker in particular during my visit who did not look pleased to be working. This worker, though it is not my place to speak about, looked very angry at times and made my visit not as great as it could be. At one point, though it may not have been on purpose, we accidentally caught eyes and and he had a glare that made me feel unwelcome. Though this skyzone was nice and in order the guy whos tag i believe read Sam made my day jumping a bummer. Happy workers=happy customers, just saying.

It’s a fun place for the kids but there are a few negatives.The first is that: You have to have SKY ZONE brand trampoline socks. Seriously!? We brought socks from another trampoline park and we were told that we had to purchase their bran ok socks. This seems completely unnecessary and is probably just a ploy to make a few more dollars.The second thing is that the prices are so expensive.

On Jan 12, 2019, I had a birthday party for my son at Sky Zone located in Chula Vista. The party was extremely unorganized! There was a lack of communication and interest in my sons party considering the amount of guests and the glow package we paid for. This included 30+ guests with 16 children. I planned this party and took care of everything a month prior. I had to call Sky Zone numerous times about my event but unfortunately my communication with them was not reciprocated as promised. There was a lot of missing information with time and planning. I didn’t get to enjoy my party and my guests were just as disgusted. We had to rush and decorate the party room while our guests were present. My guests also assisted in decorating which is the last thing my guests should of been responsible for. We were given a room too small to support my party. We had to quickly take down the decorations to redecorate the second party room I originally requested. My guests had to wait hours before pizza arrived because they told me I needed to tell them what time I wanted pizza delivered within 48 hours before the party. Instead, I discovered this information the day of! I cried because I couldn’t enjoy my sons party. Instead I was stressed and overworked because I literally had to do everything! The poor host struggled to keep up with the demands of the party by himself. It was a horrible night and not worth what we paid. I want to speak to someone ASAP. We deserve a partial refund!! We were given 30 minutes of extra jump time and that’s it. It did not remove the level of humiliation I had to endure. My baby deserved a party to remember and I couldn’t enjoy this moment. I have witnesses who are willing to write a report if necessary to prove my case. I have pictures and recordings of necessary. Hope to hear back from corporate over the phone soon! Still have not received a call from anyone!

Overall we had a great time. We got an extra 30 minutes for paying online ahead of time. They do require you to wear the special socks there (have grips on the bottom), but for three people with socks, it was $60. There were some issues with unattended kids messing with peoples shoes and what not, but luckily we only dealt with that right before we left.

Check in took longer than necessary, however it was a Saturday but there was only one other person in line. All other similar places were full to capacity so we settled on this place. This is my fault but heads up, the Groupon is not valid on Saturdays. I paid for the kids again $31 for two kids + socks for one hour. **Grip socks** have to be sky zone brand only, this is somewhat annoying because the kids already wore grip socks. Seemed like nickel and dime tactic. Plus no outside food or drink. The jump attractions were decent but nothing really stood out like other similar places. We got lucky with seating which is a pleasant surprise but the place wasnt busy for a Saturday.

Very pleased with the customer service at this workplace. One of the girls named kristina was really helpful and was super kind to my daughter and the rest of this children that day. Very good worker, and shows this establishment is kid friendly!

I loved the atmosphere and how dark it was. The party food was decent, the pizza was really really gross, so I would honestly bring your own. As for jumping, my cousins enjoyed it and so did all the children in our party. Even my older boyfriend had a blast jumping.What I dislike: The over priced ness of it all. A shirt, socks are not included in the standard price. It’s also really expensive to jump per hour. I think more over priced than the entire establishment is worth. Jumping with limited activities isn’t worth over $20 an hour.Would I come here again? Probably not. I’d rather choose Boomers or somewhere else. But was it fun for the time we came? Definitely. Our waitress was seriously so sweet. She was on top of everything. She’s the main reason we enjoyed our stay. Also, the guy monitoring the jumps, I think was Nate, was great too! Staff was friendly.

Way too crowded with little kids that are not being supervised by their parents. Not enough staff to manage them. I ended up tearing my Achilles tendon while there, while trying to avoid an unsupervised toddler. However, I do commend the staff on following up with my review and reaching out to see if I was okay and trying to make amends with me. Not pleased with the experience there, but pleased with how they handled the situation after the fact.

It was great! We had my nieces 9th birthday party here, the kids AND adults had a blast! We requested the D J to play cupid shuffle and did a line dance there, so much fun!

Service is very slow, ventilation is BAD, as soon as I came in the smell was very strong while the ventilation was bad. Highly disappointed considering it looks like a new building.

Skyzone is a great way to have fun and get exercise! There are some many jumping things you could do such as basketball. Jumping in a foam pit, free jumping and dodge ball. My personal fave is free jumping because that is where I learned to do a front flip. It is a great way to spend time with family and friends.

They need to fix the AC it was so hot in there. And I didnt even jump i was there with my kids and the heat in there is ridiculous. The oven wasnt working either to order a pretzel or pizza. Service was ok

This is a great place for kids to have fun indoors while still getting a fair amount of exercise. They have time limits, but seem to let the time go over a little, which is cool. Awkward seating set up. Three stars.

This place has a fun and clean environment. The kids loved it. The concession prices were too high to want to buy anything. Heads up, they have a few arcade machines, if playing arcade games is your thing bring cash.

The kids have a ball here. Theres three different trampolines. Some arcade games. A eating area with a small snack bar. The adults join in with the kids on the trampoline.

It was very much the definition of chaos , planned a party for our 8 year old and she loved it however behjbd the scenes it was a complete cluster. Employees were complelty clueless even to the point where i had to give up and seek out an adult employee to talk to as most od the staff are kids. To get our questions answered. Time in party eoom wash rushed and other than that a complete waste of money. Parents just do yourself a favor and just take your kids friends to jump. Dont pay for the party room. Organized parties there are expensive and not worth it. The better deal is to just go jump and do the cake else where. Or for the price just take 4 people to disney you will be alot happier.

Its a fun place for kids to jump for hours. I just wish they had more truthful advertising. The sign outside said $20 for all day til closing. But after I got in with my two kids, I was told that it was actually $25 for three hours, so I ended up spending $50. I pointed to the sign, but the supervisor on duty told me that there were exceptions. Really? Where does it say that? I asked. He pointed to some fuzz at the bottom of the sign which needed a magnifying glass to read. But even that fine print didnt specify what the exceptions were. Fake advertising. Its what turned me off at the Skyzone place.

Its ok. Theyre only 4 things to do here. A foam pit, basketball dunk, dodge ball, and a large trampoline area. If you have high energy kids then kool. Great for little ones. Birthday parties are ok, not set up just bring what you got and they will set up. Pizzas are like 10 a piece.and theyre small. If you pay 50 you can bring in your own food.

Some of the employees there were rude. The concept of the park is actually really cool. My daughter loved it, we will definitely go back.
