I agree this is one of the most disorganized office I’ve ever seen. The records from my referring doctor were no where to be found. With my ID in hand they got me as a female. And the physician is no where in sight.Here’s some additional review:I went back for my second appointment and they had improved 200%! The staff was friendly and efficient. I had a great conversation with the doctor who was very understanding about my condition. All in all, we had a great time. Thank you.

They are super unorganized!! I was transferred October 2020 as an emergency to get my infusion done with them it’s may 2021 and I still don’t get my medicine. I have tried my best to get it and still nothing! I call and call and nothing is ever done! They are such a mess they don’t care whats so ever! Don’t waste your time. I’m super disappointed

I have to take a shot every two weeks and getting a prescription for from them is like pulling a tooth. I understand with COVID-19 they are extra busy, but when they get faxes and phone calls five times from my injection company for the RX it should be done. I try not to start waves because I use to work in the same setting, but come on. Maybe it is time to hire more staff as I sit and wait as caller number 5.

They dont worry about patients !! They never call me back !! I have to waited days to have an answer .. so bad !!!

I loved this Doctor, great personality and always with a smile and that makes you feel good as a patient, specifically when we are visiting due to health issues and pain. I was seeing her for my Lupus and always answered to my questions when I had questions. I would do anything to be in her care again but due to insurance I am not able. What a shame we cant see the doctor that makes us feel well.

The staff and clinicians are extremely nice. They care I am receiving is above and beyond what aI receive from any other Rheumatologist I have been to.

Excellent care provider - Dr Chitkara and her staff takes care of my SLE with excellent results the past two years and counting.

Efficient, caring, knowledgeable. Runs a tight ship for appointment times. Minimal time waiting. Staff pleasant and efficient.

Terrible attention from the staff, I have been trying to get an appointment since last year and they never returned the call I come to the office and they do not let me in, I speak on the phone as the indication on the door says and I tell the person who attended me That is my second reference and that they do not call me back and instead of asking for an apology now if he treats me as if nothing had happened 😡 I am crying with anger because only I know my pains and how much I urge them to attend to me and not even for an apology for his bad attention.

An excellent doctor attended me for a long time, controlling my lupus I would love to have a mill again. Now I am seeing Dr. Kotha and she never studies me based on the blood tests of my other doctors
