In my opinion the front staff was unprofessional. From the first day to getting an authorization for an MRI. If your staff isnt making me to confident how is the doctor? After a virtual meeting I was told that I was too old for shoulder surgery ( being 51) and I should only have cortisone injections. Speaking to my primary doctor, coworkers and getting a second opinion from another Ortho and researching more information I am scheduled for surgery. Im not confident with Dr. Ruby and her staff. Again this is my opinion from my own experience.
