Had an appointment way in advance and Therapist cancelled the same day. What a first impression?Second and final impression:I would discourage anyone who is a new client to Stars Therapy . My son was referred , first appointment was canceled five minutes before it was suppose to begin granted we have been patiently waiting for almost a month for infant education .Second - I get a call back to reschedule for the next day and a few hours later it’s totally canceled and now , I have to wait for her following week to begin the first session . A week pases and they are “ running late - and then they decide not to call and don’t show “ . I felt I needed to get involved and reached out the director myself to get an explanation . I let that issue slide based on promises of more follow through.We begin services , nothing estelar or worthwhile to my opinion during the week but request schedule for Saturday .I begin sessions on Saturdays a new interventionist shows , the next weekend she called out . I get involved again , and request toys which were promised but somehow not prioritized in preparation for the second session. She comes back the following weekend wearing fake 4 inch nails and tells me; “ I’m not suppose to have long nails but couldn’t take them off “ . I let that slide but felt angry when they so called toys requested for therapy were not age appropriate either .Here is my true impression , the Employees are much too young , not committed , late follow up , constant cancellation and calling out were ongoing patterns that we dealt with .I canceled after the second call out . I’m not impressed and I would never recommend this company to any friend , co worker , neighbor ,or anyone honestly .My son’s needs were never a priority for anyone in that Agency . Terrible , I cannot speak for any other service delivery but “ infant education “ , they had a low priority to meet and support their young clients . It’s terrible to feel alone when you advocate for a child’s needs and get nothing but “ cancelations “ . As a family , we were working harder than them as an agency “ .Truly dissatisfied with our experience .

We had great experiences with them, specifically two of their therapists, Miss Tony and Mr. Eric were wonderful for our boy(s).
