By far the best experience Ive had in any medical clinic. When I first arrived the staff greets you like youre in a five star hotel. The staff is obviously trained and treated well my management.While getting checked in, Ive been offered coffee, water, or anything that will make my wait for comfortable. The nurses are not rushed and always ask if I have any questions.I recomend this place for any of your urgent care needs.

Went in On a Friday to have a look at my eye. Greeted with friendliness and courtesy. Advised of approximate wait times. Seen by Dr Nierva who took the time to really check it out and not make a quick diagnosis. Pushed my prescription through and had me out the door feeling like this is a pretty darned good Urgent Care.

Dr. Del Riego, nurses Arlene and Janice and front desk ladies were amazing. They took care of me right away and were gentle and compassionate. I even recieved a get well card a week later. Thank you urgent care staff. Ill never forget your kindness.

Waited 2 hours for a drug screening and the front desk told me i was next in line. As i sat down i noticed 8 people getting called in front of me who had only waited maximum 30 minutes. The lady was rude and did NOT seem like she wanted to be there. I am Not happy.

I live in Japan and came to visit stateside for a month and I got a bacterial infection on my foot/ankle but wasn’t quite sure....thought I’d ride it out but was too painful and I couldn’t wait until Monday to meet with my previous primary doctor. Big decision, do I go to ER or try urgent care that I just saw the other day driving around with my mom. Decided Sharp Urgent Care would be less time consuming over the weekend. BEST DECISION EVER AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. Loved my medical team, shout out to Lauren my attending PA (nope you don’t need a doc when they know their stuff and listen to you as a patient) my nurse John who made sure I was doing ok at all times and would check in on me, charge nurse Paul, my gentle giant who started my IV and drew blood and added lots of goodies into the IV. I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge my X-ray tech and the lovely receptionist that checked me in. I had a lot of things done and I was in and out of there within 2 1/2 hours. I’ve sat in ER for 12 hours so this was such a treat. The Japanese are well know for their excellent customer service, it’s just their culture, but my medical team would definitely fall in that same category. It was a great experience domo arigato gozaimashita!

Timing is everything, Urgent Care doctors and staff are attentive and professional. If you can wait a little, go after mid-morning and before 5 p.m., otherwise your wait might be longer due to triage protocol and how crowded the place is.

The drug screens take forever! They discriminate by allowing certain people go ahead of others. AVOID at all costs.

Horrible place, I was sent here by my employer for a drug screening, the receptions Monica spoke with a condicensing tone in 2nd floor, got in at 10am its now 12:12 and Im still waiting for a drug screening.

Every time you call occupational medicine Can you please hold. Im talking about at least over a years time.
