They will never ever answer your call. I left 10 voicemails with all the info they need but no callback after weeks. For ones someone answered my call and transferred me to who knows where because i got hung up. Horrible place!!

They dont return phone calls and they hang up on you, In the meantime Im gasping for air. Im not sure if I want to go to this office or not. Very unprofessional, at least whoever answers the phone is. I see they only reply to 5 star reviews.

When you call the office you get instructions to leave a message in order to make an appointment. I did and in several days nobody called me. I called back a couple of times but still no live person to help me out. Today a called and someone picked up and put me on hold for 15 minutes and the call went dead. Called again and complained about the hold and that i did not receive a call back for my appointment. The lady seemed overwhelmed and told me she had many people on hold and said if i did not left a message with insurance provider and date of birth they did not called back....First of all i did left all the info the message asked for. It did not ask for any date of birth! And also, they as the medical providers should call all patience or let us know they cant handle so many patience and refer us to another medical practice....Very bad customer service.

For a week now I have been trying to make my dad an appointment. Ive called everyday, and only twice got a human to respond, who then transfer me to another answering machine to leave yet another message that I never get a call back from. This is absolutely insane! Horrible service thus far, and I havent even made past making the actual appointment!

Dr. Lira is the best Pulmonologist I have ever seen. With over three decades of experience, he is completely up-to-date with the latest tests, procedures, medicines, and developments in the field of Pulmonology. During the examination, he is thorough, will ask questions, listen patiently, and offer complete answers to your questions. After the examination, he will bring you into his office where he completely documents the examination, order tests, prescribe medicine and answer any questions you have. Dr Lira does not beat around the bush !! He tells you like it isAnd will invite you into his office to see actual xrays ect !!He try his best and I appreciate him so much !

Dr. Lira and his staff are extremely professional and easy to work with.I see Dr. Lira and his staff regularly every 6 Months and my health has been great ever since I started seeing Dr. Lira.Dr. Lira tells you the truth and doesnt try to get around it. When it comes to your health, I prefer honestly and that is what I have gotten from Dr. Lira.I am in a better place health wise because of Dr. Lira.

Front desk staff is very rude. Asked to accompany mother due to disability and loss of hearing. I was not permitted to accompany her.

Dr. Lira is an expert Pulmonologist. He is extremely thorough, spends a good deal of time in his examinations, listens and answers questions, and speaks Spanish. I highly recommend him and his very good staff.

Its not attentive to his patients and very cold shoulder towards you . waiting time between appointment visits is 3-5 months in between them. Dr. Lira only talk to the patient in person . never on the phone..even after you were discharge from the ER ! Dr Lira answer to that ....just go back to the ER if your having trouble breathing !! He knowly know that the ER would only send you back home without remedy !! Dont go to him !!

The person who answers to make appointments is very rude, he should not be in patient care, I hope Dr. Lira changes this person because it hurts his professional prestige after he left me waiting on the phone for 15 minutes he told me that she spoke in 4 days because she was very busy that she had to attend 40 people and that right now she did not have time to look for my doctors referral this person forgets that if he is where he is working it is thanks to the patients who go to consult but With her bad treatment we are not going to go anymore, it is a pity because for people like her the doctor will run out of patients
