Sounds condescending and uncaring, so irritated I would call to ask for help. Wouldnt hurt him to like his job or demonstrate compassion, understanding re: what a patient is dealing with. Underwhelmed.

Saw my favorite Doctor today. His name is Dr. Kenneth Johnson Oncologist!! He is the best doctor Ive ever had. He is personable, he listens and he helped save my life. Thank you Dr. Johnson!
