This place is ridiculous. I called and made an appointment for my daughter to be seen today March 9 in DECEMBER. I come in and they tell me that shes not in the system. And they tell me theyll put me in the system (like they were doing me a favor) and that there might be a wait because theres no one here they just left for lunch. WHAT?! Why would they make appointments during the time they KNEW their workers would be at lunch?! Also I made my appointment a loooong time ago and when I take the time off to work to take her they tell me shes not even in the system?! After this appointment Im moving my daughters records to the one in Eastlake. this place is absurd. Plus the snotty receptionists dont make it any better.

Took my 3 yr old son for the 1st time there 2 months ago ,it took one hour to be seen and in 5 minutes he was out,they schedule another appointment for today same thing one hour to be seen ..the office looks nothing like the comercial its dirty and the bathrooms are disgusting, not a clean place for a child,on top of that they wanted me to return since it was 5pm already and they where close already when it was there fault it took them a hour for my son to get seen..lost time and work hours!
