The representative Mr Thomas Hopes was great. The only thing I did was send him my medical record from my civilian primary health care provider and he did everything for me. From 1-10 I give them 10.

Their service might help- I guess- if you have a brand new case but if you are looking to get an increase they are pretty ineffective. I did better on my own. The tiny blip of an increase backpay was less than their charge. I couldnt reach my so-called case manager the majority of the time/did not return messages and just overall bad deal. I lost on this bet. STRONG NON RECOMMENDATION for this company from somebody who went through their entire process from very start with Intent to file until lackluster result from VA. Veterans seeking to increase their disability compensation ratings IMO might fare better on their own than getting soaked by these lightweights...

Absolutely terrible customer care. There are plenty of other resources for assistance with appealing your VA decision. Don’t make this mistake. Seek help somewhere else; with a company that actually cares about veterans. This company filed incorrectly and are now strong arming me for money I don’t have.

Be very careful when signing the contract with them. They leave a very open ended contract that can be interpreted in their favor. They will try to strong arm you into terms that are only to their benefit.The amount of money that they require for their services has gone up a lot and they do not have good record keeping. Tried charging me more than what I agreed to until I provided the original contract.Now that its time to pay them they are creating terms that were not specifically listed. Im not even sure if this is legal. I will be reporting them to the VA.

Do not go with them. I went with them and try to get help. All they did was give me my 526 form and nothing else. I had to do everything by myself and then they want to send me a bill. A bill for a form. They dont help so please dont go with them.

Thats my carrier so of course theyre alright even if they want to charge me up front to upgrade.
