Only 1 or 2 adjustments. Theres a gentleman there that will give women several adjustments, however Ive been to this location only a few times, and he only adjusted me once or twice each time. Its an older gentleman, and his demeanor showed me he wants me out of there as soon as possible. However, I have seen him adjust women maybe 3-4 adjustments. Its not good and Im hoping administrative staff sees this, and trains their individuals better. Even though I work close to this location; I now have to go out of my way to other locations to get the care I need and pay a good amount of money for. Upper management needs to train their staff here better to give equal care for everybody. It is absolutely ridiculous and unsatisfactory.

I definitely would recommend going to the joint if you would like an adjustment they are an amazing team! I went with lower back pain and shoulder pain and within a week they were able to fix it. I play softball and I would always have a tingling sensation go down my arm every time I threw the ball after going to the joint the tingling has stopped and I was only going for a week so I would highly recommend if you have any pain to go see them, they will work with you with a plan to make your body feel better thanks again!!!

The Joint Chiropractic is the best hands downs from the moment you walk in and to the front desk AMY is super welcoming and helps you with any questions or concerns you might have, her wonderful smile makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, she really does her job well. Pulled up to the joint hoping to get my back adjusted. After sitting for 30 min with no one at reception and $30 wasted on Uber’s to get there. I was literally refused service because I’m a new patient. They were hardly busy at all. So now I have to keep walking around in pain because the receptionist didn’t wanna do her job.

2 years ago I went weekly to this branch. I quit going due to staffing changes, that in my opinion hurt the quality of care. I tried going in today, and unfortunately saw the same face.The patient before me was being told he needed to stretch more. That his adjustments were hindered by lack of flexibility.My turn and guess what! After guessing wrong at almost everything. Nope I don’t sit all day, nope don’t look at a computer all day.... I’m told I need to stretch more. Well I just did a hour of yoga yesterday. I stretch and foam roll daily as part of my workout.....two years later and the same well below average chiropractor. Save your money.

Worst place ever!!!! They only took our money n the additional fees they gave my mother in law with out explaining to her. Not to mention she’s not fully fluent in English and the one staff there fail to explain it to her... it wouldn’t be a problem if they would at least send a reminder or call about a second month fee but they didn’t. I been calling in for her to help her out on cancelling it for her but they still won’t help they only called back once! And they didn’t cancel her account she got charged again for only going in 2xs that’s some bs I’ll make sure to never come back and make sure none of my family and friends won’t come here every!!!!

Dr. Heeder is amazing! He truly cares about each individual and can clearly explain what is going on with each person. He has lots of knowledge and wants you to be in the best shape you can be. He does what is needed and does it carefully so you can properly heal and grow from there on. I take adjustments seriously as should everyone and I highly recommend seeing him if you want to take the right steps in taking control of your physical health. Happy body equals happy life!

After just a few months of consistency, my migraines have improved from every day to only a couple times a month if that. The whole team is extremely welcoming and such a pleasure to see every week.

Arrived at The Joint location in Chula Vista and office is closed, though hours posted on door state open until 5pm today.

I love going to the The Joint Eastlake! My back tightens up on occasion from everyday stressors and going to this chiropractor for adjustments makes me feel refreshed. It’s helped me out so much. My back feels like new every time I go. I was contemplating for a long time to go and I’m so happy that I finally made the decision to do so. I highly recommend The Joint.

Told Dr. Header I did not want my lower back adjusted due to pain after the last couple visits. Just wanted my upper back and neck aligned. He then become very defensive and rude. Telling me I just ignoring my issues and he doesnt do half adjustments, and acting like he knows my body better than me. He then suggested I dont come into the clinic when he is there or see another chiropractor. Fine with me, I canceled my monthly payment immediately.P.S. He does not wear a mask while doing alignments or talking with patients.

Dr Heeder is amazing and provides excellent service. I’ve felt a significant decrease in tension pain since I started visiting. In addition, he also provides great advice and guidance for my general well being. I also love how quickly I can get in and out with zero fuss. Highly recommended.

My first visit was not a curious visit, it was a serious visit. I threw my back out and I could hardly walk and I certainly could not stand up straight, and I was in serious pain. The two outstanding Chiropractors knew exactly what to do once they took the first look at me. They worked their magic on my back and sphine to get my back and body adjusted and realigned. After my first visit I could feel some instant relief, but they insured me that if I continued their treatment and followed their medical advice that they would have me upright and back to a normal life. Guess what people after 2 days a week for 3 1/2 weeks, I feel like a new person and I am able to do everything that I used to do and much better. People the service is not a joke and these Doctors are the real deal. I am continuing the services with these Doctors because they insured me that everyone body needs some adjustments from time to time as we go through life. Your body is just like car, from time to time it needs alignment. Pay the Doctors a visit, you will be surprised how great you will feel.

I started driving to Mission Valley to follow the good Doctors that Eastlake once had. After 2 yrs I stop by and take a chance with Doctor Gil. He was amazing, every joint he moved popped and returned to place. Today I was most amazed by this Doctor, like never before. He tops the lists of best Doctors thus far.

I started coming to The Joint Eastlake a little over a year ago and rated the establishment 5/5. However, after losing Dr. Oku, the quality of care has declined drastically. I have not been able to receive the adjustment that I need and leave with confidence knowing I wont have to deal with the pain I came in with. Unfortunately because of this, I would have to rate the Eastlake location 3/5.

Absolutely love this place. I came into the Joint with ankle and lower back pain. Its been a few weeks, more ankle or lower back pain. I wish I would have started coming there over a month ago instead of doing physical therapy ($50 a session) while at the Joint, Im paying $79 a month for 4 sessions. Will continue coming back.

When I first walked into The Joint I was in need of some real help. I was stressed and my body was feeling the effects of everything that was going on in my life at the time. I was recently diagnosed as an adult with ADHD, struggling with depression and anxiety and honestly just trying to keep my head above water. Dr. Heeder was incredibly nice as well as the staff. After my first session I cried. Not because I was in pain but because Dr. Heeder adjusted me and everything that I was carrying inside was released within a moment. It was a complete release of overwhelming emotions. That is completely normal by the way. I went home that day and I was very tired. I slept like a baby that night. Ever since I’ve started being adjusted I’ve noticed I’m more focused and not so fidgety. I’m more aware of my body and if my emotions are affecting it. I can even think more clearly. I have felt better and better after each visit. My back doesn’t hurt any more. My neck doesn’t hurt anymore. I have felt better then I ever have after a month. Overall I am more balanced as a person. This is something I would recommend to everyone. If you struggle with mental health issues like me then give this is a chance. It could be part of the answer to becoming well! Thanks Dr. Heeder!

Ill give 5 star to the whole team. Ive been with other chiropractor clinics but here, at the The Joint Chiropractor, my experience was awesome. Dr. Heeder is a great doctor and he surely knows what he is doing and made a treatment plan for me to help me not suffer with my migraine again. So far, no any headaches nor migraine attacks since Ive started doing my chiro. Also, karen, the front desk receptionist was very helpful and nice and accommodating. The vibes in this clinic is awesome and i highly recommend it.

Hello there...todays experience was great thank goodness. Tuesdays not so much. Almost didnt come back and cancelled but glad I gave it another shot. Definitely will be back Wednesday-Saturday. Todays doctor was great...welcoming and informative. Easy to talk to aswell! My adjustment was great....not intimidated at all...felt great afterwards! Highly recommend The Joint. Receptionist was very welcoming and attentive. Her customer service was to the T! Tuesdays receptionist was great aswell. So awesome to be able to come in, check in, get seen and adjusted and leave all within 20mins or less. Hardly ever no wait and no appointments needed. Thx so much The Joint! Usually really good but this location is understaffed and closed because the one doctor that was scheduled is sick! How can you have a subscription business model with no back up plan for sick days. Really disappointed as this is not the first time it has happened!

Both of your doctors are great and do an excellent job. Both are friendly, helpful and know their field well.

Been to a few locations as I travel for work. Worst experience with this one unfortunately. The guy who did the adjustment was unfriendly and was rushing me out the door after. I was needing the adjustment and was going slower getting up and trying to stretch some and all he had to say was You are done and you dont need to be right here. Disappointed.

They are quick and efficient. I felt better after one 15 minute session.But beware: they push the $69 payment option (for 3 sessions per month), AND they require you to make minimum 2 successive monthly payments, knowing full well that a lot of people, if not most, will put off or forget to make an appointment within the alloted time frame; thereby paying the equivalent of, if my math is right, from $51 (If you go 3 times per month) to $276 per hour If you go once per month).

Great customer service. They do demonstrate and value every customer that they receive.

The docs are awesome, I go to both national city and eastlake, if Im in the eastlake area since my ladys family live there I do my follow ups too. I also appreciate the stretching methods they also teach me to do on a nightly basis

After years of lower back pain and new tingling in my hip area, I went to this place when a coworker recommended it. I had a not so successful experience with a different chiropractor prior to coming to The Joint. I was hesitant. No more tingling in my hip for the last 10 days. Went to 3 visits so far and feel a big difference ! It is life changing not being in constant discomfort. I will keep up the quick walk in visits. I am a fan! Thank you Dr. Bell.

Great place, and the staff is the BEST !!

Staff was very friendly. I walked in and it didnt take more than 10 minutes to be seen. I received some education and my adjustment and was on my way. The pricing for the memberships arent too bad either.

They are great, I don’t even have to tell him what my area of concern is, his hands immediately move to where I have pain and provides me with relief: when I leave there I feel like a new woman.

Do not recommend what so ever went after a vehicle crash and was seeking pain relief and got the opposite she further aggravated my injuries not knowledge whatsoever better off investing more money in someone more knowledgeable in the body.
