Delivery was fast. Even after hours. The delivery guy delivered to the motel 6 I was at, after they were closed. The flower was of acceptable potency. The selection was fine, and even the delivery was free if my purchase was over $50 . If you want some smoke after hours or late at night, this is the place to call .

Much less hassle getting in the door as an out of state visitor than other dispensaries Ive been to. I had proper ID, and after checking it I was allowed in to browse. Customers were only let in a certain number at a time so it wasnt crowded and the attendants made sure I was taken care of. After ringing me up, but before paying, the lady at the register let me know I got a 20% discount for being a first time customer. That was pretty awesome of her.. I ended up buying another 30% of product and came out like a champ. Wide variety of product to choose from as well. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Absolutely flawless. My first store front experience was easy, professional and quick. I researched the online menu , wrote down exactly what I wanted , and when I got there security was kind and professional, I checked in at reception and waited less than a minute when I went in I handed a team member Oliviamy order and she quickly got my 2 items together , applied a first time discount and I paid and was on my way. I was treated kind, and respectfully and I truly appreciate knowledgeable associates that know what they are doing. This is the finest establishment I have ever experienced. I am always leary when I walk into a dispensary where the interior looks great and is staffed by extremely Beautiful men and women. Grasshopper broke my bias about similar places. The places Im talking about just sell high priced cannabis and the staff is mediocre at best. Grasshopper breaks the mold with knowledgeable staff from the greeter, security and tenders. It is obvious there is open communication between the owner, management and staff. Convenient location, and to top it off speedy yet personal transactions. This place is beautifully staffed, located, managed and owned. Keep and eye out for Franchises in the future. There really is no other choice to make when youre doing it this well.PSIf the owners really wanted to franchise. The staff they have now would be the best first round of franchisees they could ever hope for. Who better to run a franchise than the staff members who started from the bottom and worked their way up right? 😉😉PPSIf thats the plan? Are yall hiring? 😁

Grasshopper Dispensary is a welcome addition to the South Bay. Theyve definitely done it right, the retail space is on par with other SD dispensaries and practices all health and safety protocols. Staff seems friendly and security ensures customers have a pleasant shopping experience.

I actually really liked their delivery service prior to this incident. Never had an issue until today. So I recently purchased their special 5 cartridges of big chief for 100. I got two bad cartridges and they said they only return within 24 hours. I didn’t open them cause I didn’t plan on smoking them all within 24 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Not asking for money back just to replace the bad cartridges.

The lines get really long, they should be more efficient in the check In process

I used to love this place when I started coming here, but holy hell has it gone down hill. They never have any product anymore, they dont update their website so online ordering is a waste of time. I drive 20 mins there and back and they never ever have what I need. their customer service has gone so down hill. Everybody use to be nice and now they barely say hello. It takes forever to be helped if youre at the online pick up table. Today my boyfriend went in the store to get me something and accidentally got the wrong product and they wouldnt let him refund or swap even tho he was just in the store 5 mins prior. I get it all sales are final, but I have a auto immune disease and use a specific product and he got the wrong one. It wouldnt have hurt to swap it. They really need to sort out their customer service.

Checked out this lil spot for the first time today and it went great.....once someone told me to check in first lolz. Stood in the wrong line and didnt read the sign under the canopy 🙈. If its your first time, check in on the left side first, then get in the right 🤘🏼🤓 First timers get a deal. The building and lot was VERY well maintained. The check-in girl had a great vibe, the inside staff pointed me in the right direction and it all went flawlessly. Mos def recommend son! 👌🏼

I have found my new go to dispensary and no longer need to drive to La Mesa to get my Kiva chocolates and Smokiez Gummies. The shop is very clean and nicely lit. Although they really need to hire more sales staff. There always seems to be long line waiting to get in. Also the clerks that have helped me werent very knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Its fairly new, so Im hoping they are just working out the kinks.

Finally!!! A legal dispensary for the southbay! And a great one at that!The biggest parking lot at a dispensary. I know people get anxious about parking but trust me they got space!!!Nice and clean inside and out. Simple easy open layout. Check in was a breeze, friendly as well. Budtender-BT- was really helpful. A BT that dabs is always something Im looking for. How can I ask them about wax if they dont dab? Luckily for me that wasnt the case here. Not a giant selection but a good one.I 1000% recommend stopping by for your 420 needs! 👍

I just used this company today and I love it! From the start of just calling them on the phone the employee was super friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate. From answering questions to offering suggestions it went very smooth from there! I made my order and within minutes you get a confirmation text that lets you know your order and then to top it off there’s a tracking of the delivery to know exactly where it is and when it will be arriving. They have an amazing website with the new and hottest items on the market! I would recommend this place and service and would give ten stars if I could!

Either they need more bud tenders, or need to speed up the process. Should not have to wait an hour to step foot into the dispensary.

My friend bought me a stizzy cartridge and It was bad product It was dark almost to the color of mud so I tried to see if they would exchange it they said no so I bout another one just to see if it would come out the same and it did bad product dark as mud I asked if they would exchange this new cartridge and they said no even tho I just bout it. I didnt take a hit or anything it was brand new just bought and they still wouldnt take it back.or exchange it. Dont go here and waste ur money theres better places for sure

I didnt like the 2 hour wait compared to Klovers 45 min wait. I also dont like that their website lies about the amount of THC content in their flower. I would have liked the online inventory to reflect what you actually had on hand. Buying something at 32% THC only to receive it at 26% was a huge letdown. Not sure if Ill repeat.
