It was an awesome experience! I got my hearing aids and everyone was very nice! Just make sure to arrive on time to your appointments.

I am a caregiver, I called before going into the office. As soon as we walked, a lady literally yelled, no we cant help her she needs an appointment. Go, leave and call to make an appointment. I told her I had called ahead, she still didnt want to help us. We were just going to drop off the hearing aid to get cleaned.Awful service. I would give 0 stars.

This place is amazing. They were courteous and so patient with us. The customer service is phenomenal. Thank you for giving my 90-year-old mother the ability to hear again. She is very happy. I highly recommend Sonus.

Excellent location. The staff is very courteous and helpful, and thorough in explaining things. I went there with my dad, and felt like the Specialist treated him with the same care that she would give to her own father. I highly recommend everyone to check out this hearing clinic. I took my father to the clinic today for the first time to get his hearing aid. Ms Elaine Anderson and her staffs are very helpful, friendly and very detailed. They have a very good customer service & very professional. We don’t have to wait long in the waiting room other clinics. We are done in 30 minutes. My dad and I will be back in 2 weeks to pick up the product. Thumb up for Sonus Hearing Care !

The hearing aid that my father got is cool. The color matches his hair, its so small that its not too obvious, and most of all it helps him to hear better. With the hearing aid he can converse with us better. Definitely a good decision to get him one.

My specialist Elaine Anderson speaks Tagalog. Helps me so much and very informative about my problem.Tinnitus also. She explained it so well in Tagalog. Her staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend them. I’m getting another set today. My old ones are no longer working

I’m thankful for my hearing aids they have changed my life for the better, I can hear every word my grandchildren say..And, I can also hear all of the nature sounds like birds and the ocean waves. I’m very thankful for my hearing aids. ❤️💯‼️ They are a blessing to me.

I brought my dad here for his hearing aids. He is so happy to hear clearly now. We are so hay t have been referred by ENT Associates here. The specialist, Elaine, can speak fluent Tagalog and we heard her speak Spanish as well. We would recommend anyone that needs help with hearing.

Ive been taking my mother in law to sonus in Chula Vista for a few years now. We are so happy to have found a clinic that have employees that could speak Spanish and Tagalog. These people are extremely unprofessional and very rude as well! I dont know how they even received a 3 star rating. They treated my father very horrible and when he asked to speak to the specialist they neglected him and when the specialist finally came to help my father, an 83 year old man, she treated him rough and angry. He initially went to get his hearing aid fixed due to having some issues with the size and a noise that he kept hearing. And he left mistreated, neglected and they even they hurt his ear. I dont recommend this facility to anyone!!! They have discriminated against my father and would not like anyones father or family treated like this!!
