Julie Johnson the receptionist, is very unprofessional and rude. Management need to speak to her about her attitude towards guests. We were visiting from out of state and right from the start she was very rude and unwelcoming to me and my family. Not helpful at all, no patience and kept rolling her eyes… A receptionist is the face of company! This is absolutely unacceptable.

My brother was a resident there, for a couple of years, and they took very good care of him, and he wasnt always easy. The family appreciates you. Especially, Moretta, the activities girl. She was very kind to him. Thank you

0 stars to this place! They should allow you to comment without giving ANY stars to a place that was helpless, non compassionate, careless, and so negligent. My aunts health started going downhill very fast ever since she checked into this place, she got transfer to a different place in hopes for recovery but due to the lack of ANY care and negligence during her stay at Fredericka Manor Care Center her recovery has not been good at all. They should not operate a facility like this where they dont care of their patients with love, care, respect and professionalism. Go somewhere else, or to any other recommended place, if you care to put your love one in good hands. This place should be called Frederickas Morgue Non Careless Center do I need to explain more?

The staff at Fredericka Manor Care Center is truly fantastic. They make every effort make sure your stay there is as comfortable as possible.

YOU DONT KNOW YOU AIDED IN HER HEALTH DETERIORATING , I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE NOT EVEN A DOG. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and Cindy in admissions made the experience even better.

Dont recommend this place. They take forever answering patients room calls when they need assistance. They just stand around doing nothing.
