I was EXTREMELY impressed with this clinic. My 4 year old had an ear infection and I am new to Christiansburg. I saw that all the urgent cares were pretty poorly rated so I decided to give the Minute Clinic a try and it was a quick and easy visit. The NP that saw her had a great bedside manner. There was zero wait and we were right there to get our prescription filled. So convenient! Highly recommend!

Rip off. They charge $142 for a pre-travel vaccine plus a $69 for a “consultation” associated with it. $211 total.Yet the Montgomery county health department will administer the same pre-travel vaccine for $124.15 total.Additionally they charge $69 to “refer” you to lab Corp for a TB blood test and THEN you have to pay lab Corp separately $76... ($145 total). Meanwhile Velocity care will do the whole thing in house for $76 total.CVS minute clinic also told me they don’t take insurance for either of these things... glad I checked other places and saved over $150 by never going to Minute Clinic.Nothing against the people that work here, but skip them as a company.

I would leave 1 Star bc the workers are rarely there and don’t even stay until the time posted. However, when they are present, the customer service is exceptional.

This clinic was open but I was not allowed to sign in with 20 + minutes to closing. I was told they do not accept 30 minutes prior to closing even though online and in store the sign says 15 minutes to closing. The computer also said only 1 minute left for person being seen already but the computer refused to allow a sign in. This was disappointing because the information given by a pharmacy worker does not match online and in store hours.
