It has been multiple weeks since I have gotten a test. They were meant to send the results to my doctors so i can get a prescription which ran out about a week ago. I have tried to contact them multiple times to ask about my results but they have refused to pick up the phone nor have they called me back.

My wife and child have been sitting outside of this office for 45 mins now. There is no one there and they had a appointment for 130pm. Everyone is still outside and no one is answering the door/phone. Calling other places to take my child but will be taking to management about this. This is the worse business I have ever had to partake in.

Not even doing their jobs.I made an appointment online at the request of my nutritionist a week ahead of time. The test I needed required that I fast for 12 hours before the test. When I arrived to the appointment on time I had to wait until after a walk-in was seen. Once I was seen the technician told me that they couldnt give me the requested tests because I didnt have a signature from the nutritionist. However, they told me that I could go online and order it myself - without a signature from the nutritionist.So, to summarize: Made appointment online, went to appointment, was told at my appointment that I had to make an appointment online.The technician probably just didnt want to do their job today. Complete waste of my time.

I was one of three patients and the only one wearing a mask. When I was called back I gave my lab orders to the technician, who said she needed to go look up the codes. Once she left the room I could hear her discussing how many orders there were with another person and saying she didnt know what to do with them. The second person agreed and instructed her to send me to a hospital instead. Then the first came back and told me she couldnt do my labs because they were out of tubes. 🤦‍♀️I drove to Roanoke and the Quest location there was able to complete my labs without issue. They confirmed that my orders were neither difficult nor excessive.

Scheduled appointment and no one was there, door locked, and nobody answering the phone. On top of that I wasnt given an email or call notifying me that they had cancelled my appointment.

The sign says they are open 1-4PM. However, I was there 1-230PM no one showed up, and the door was closed. When I tried calling them, no one was picking up the phone. There were at least 10 people while I was there waiting. Very unprofessional.

Where is everyone? Every time I come by within the service hours window no one is here and the door is locked. I’m currently sitting here with three other customers waiting outside.

Of all of the Quest Diagnostics facilities Ive had blood drawn at, the Christiansburg location is always the friendliest, fastest (Ive never waited for more than 5 minutes!), and the best at coaxing my hiding veins out so that they dont have to dig around or poke more than once.

Not sure if this applies to the local Quest Diagnostics, however, calling the customer service number has been the worst customer service experience I haave ever received. Ive had to call at least 5 times with the long wait time and I still dont know if their error in the billing has been fixed. This shouldnt have been my problem to fix in the first place if my insurance was properly communicated with. Even after I sent them the insurance coverage statements, I still havent heard back. Im a patient person, but they seriously need to fix this, its honestly ridiculous.

I had a very good experience at Quest in Christiansburg. I arrived 10 minutes early, and I was out before the actual time for my appointment. Everything was clean and professional.

Had lab work done. There was a problem with the paperwork I brought in so they needed to get a signature from the doctor. They had a problem getting it, and rather than contact me about it so I could try to resolve it they simply tossed out the results, leaving me needing to get the work redone. Very frustrating.

Seriously, how hard is it to do a drug test? I scheduled days ahead of time, picked a time they arent busy, and drove 20 mins to show up 15 minutes early. I sat there for nearly a hour and out of nowhere my name disappears off the list. Theres nobody to talk to, you literally sit there staring at a wall, so I waiting another 15 minutes and no one ever came so I walked out. I shouldnt have to take 2 hours out of my day just to do a drug test. Terrible process.
