Dr. Rogotzke Was great, he subsided my fears I had with my ears and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things to me and I really appreciated his help. Everyone I dealt with in the office was great, I wouldn’t hesitate going there again with any issue.... EDIT 11/10/2020. I just received an unwarranted bill from them. Kind of ridiculous seeing as I paid in full the day of the appointment.

Dr. Holley was very nice. Was able to get a same day appointment. He was very nice and explained my issues and treatment very well. I would highly recommend!

I was very nervous about a spot on my tongue so my family Dr. referred me to Dr. Rogotzke. From the first phone call I received from his staff all the way through the visit I experienced nothing but excellent service and treatment. The hospital staff were extremely kind as you enter the lobby to go up to the Dr office even with the extra screening needed due to covid times. Then the office and medical staff at Dr. Rogotzkes office were just amazing. Dr. Rogotzke himself was kind and very thorough with his exam and truly cared about my health. The nurse who took my vitals was very kind and also cared genuinely. And i have to say that the level of compassion from all of the staff was amazing. Last but not least I have to say how amazing the first person I spoke with at the office wasHer name is Molly and she was the lady who set up the appointment for me. She took all the time I needed to answer questions and then even went over the answers multiple times when I asked. And when I checked into the office for my appointment she was there with a smile to great me.In closing, I can not imagine a better experience at a Dr office.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Rogotzke and Dr Harrell. I have been experiencing some hearing issues for some time but the hearing testing results have always been good (this place is the 3rd one where I go for this issue). These healthcare providers listened to me and “heard” my frustration. The testing results were good once again! But, they took time to explore with me what might be undergoing. I really appreciated their efforts to make me feel less alone and to understand my problem and give me some clues. I would happily come back to them if I (or someone in my family) have another ENT problem.

We seen Dr. Toensing for my sons strep throat issues and she was wonderful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone having any problems. We decided that my son needed to have his tonsils and adenoids removed and she explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. I had previously left a comment about how the scheduling manager was not great but circumstances have changed and it seems she did try to contact me at my husbands # and he is not great at checking voicemails so my complaints were invalid and it was actually fault on me and my husband rather than her. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I should have read the reviews. Just went to see Dr. Rotogozke after having fluid in my ears for 2 months now due to the flu! He said my ears where fine. I asked why they keep popping and cracking and I FEEL the fluid running when I lie down! He said it could be TMJ! The he proceeded to ask me when was I going to stop smoking!! UMM None of your business!! He said I can smell the smoke on you! Granted smoking is bad for you but I am an adult! I do not need to be treated like a child! That’s not what you are getting paid for! What a waste! So very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional! Couldn’t even understand him. He stuck something in my ears and never told me what he was doing! Just said don’t move! It hurt but he had absolutely no bedside manner! I’m still in pain! Then I get home and read the papers from checkout and it states changes in medication!? He never told me to change any medication!! SO frustrated I waited so long for an appointment only to NOT find out anything about my ears. 😡😡

Find another ENT dr! Never talked to us post op and never answered page after surgery! Released on extremely high blood pressure and nurse said to follow up with family dr??? My vet would have gave better care. Very disappointed and extremely unhappy! Ridiculous
