Was great I was a walk in because the Clinic by the Hospital said I had to have an appointment to get a Tetanus shot. I had a cut on my thumb. Called Chowchilla and they told me to come right in. Pretty sad i had to go to chowchilla for service when there is Madera clinic 2 miles from my home.

Bruce was my caring physician. He is the best hands down. I moved back to Colorado and miss this staff so much. Melissa Valenzuela

I absolutely love most of the staff here, the girls that run the reception area are so kind and understanding, and the nurses/nurses assistants are all so interactive with their patients, only problem is there is one PA who is a little rude and pretentious but overall they deserve a 5 star from me and my kids. Great job! You have saved me more than a few times.

Over the past year or so this clinic has hit rock bottom. Use to have some really good nurse practitioners. Now the wait time, even with an appointment is ridiculously long. Plus, all the regular FNPs left. Now you dont really know who you are going to see even with appointments. Very sad to see such a good clinic go downhill.

Loooooongest wait ever.... every time. Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait at LEAST 2 hours. Wether it’s in the waiting room or actual patient room; you’re going to be waiting a long time. It’s never the same physician. It’s always someone different never consistent and they don’t communicate between each other very well.

Very professional and good experience. Not actually a long wait considering all the covid stuff thats going on had 9 am appointment was.seen and out by 10:45.

Waited 1.5 hours before going back. Found out doctor went on lunch break for a whole hour. Would have been nice to have known and could have chose another option rather than sitting and waiting up front. Terrible! Now we will see how long in the room. If possible... go somewhere else. I wish I listened to the reviews.

Absolutely horrible. They dont know anything and the wait is outrageous. Spent 2 1/2 hours waiting there and only saw the doctor for five minutes. Dont waste your time.

Help me a lit better

Horrible place! Would give it zero stars If possible. We spent 1 hour in the waitroom and another 1.5hours inside the room to only see the doctor for 5 minutes. We had our appointment at 10:30 and didn’t get in until 11:40. Doctor did not seem interested.

Spent 2 hours in the office and 1 1/2 hours of it was spent in the room by myself saw the Dr for a whole 3 minutes the rest was waiting in him and waiting to get discharged. Then the Dr was a complete idiot and didnt actually know what he was talking about misdiagnosed me.

Their phone receptionist is aweful and if its any reflection to the other staff I would rate a 0.

2.5 hours to see a nurse practitioner.....time management is not their strong point at this clinic.
