My wife likes going there for nails and pedicure.

I made an acrylic fill appointment for 9am and when I came in (9:05) I said what I was there for. Lady doing a pedicure told me to come back later..... I said uh.... I think I have an appointment... and proceeded to look for the confirmation to make sure I indeed completed the appointment scheduling. I found it, showed it to her and she said to come back at 4pm. They had 3 customers already part way done.... Whats the point of an appointment if theyre not going to honor it. Really wish there was another nail salon in town. Ill go out of town I guess.

I need a basic acrylic fill with powder..anout 2 of the nails are mine rest wete done at another shop..so had to add 2 extra nsils..i wanted glitter tips.. After it looked horrible as the white part of nail was not evenly colored she acted frusturated that she had to do tips..i was dissapointed mainly by her attitude. Wasnt the day i needed after a hard week of work simply needing nails filled because onepopped off! When I mentioned the unevem powder she asked where i previously got my nails done and I told her im San Jose..and she said they have dofferent powder color and I shoild have went there. I told her ot was her job to inform me the powders wete different and have me looking right..than i could have just re did all of my nails with the powder color she had! The other lady apologized for the ladies behavior..they were nice. I still left a small tip and Im a big tipper..

Posting for a friend who went there recently and had a horrible experience. Lets just say she now has fungus growing in her nail! Obviously the people there dont know what theyre doing or arent cleaning their tools.

I went in to get a pedicure because the heal of my feet were very bad and paid $65 thinking in my head it’s pricey but wow 🤩 you really get what you pay for my feet feel better and they haven’t been feeling rough just yet 👏🏼 and I was so confident with them that I gave a $5 tip I definitely recommend this place.

The only nailshop In town.....And they DEFINITELY act like it😑. Open late-ish(they make their own hours as they go along- so call ahead! I was AT THE GLASS DOOR--1HOUR Before closing, but it had been slow so she said come bk tomorrow😑 ALSO: CASH ONLY

It was one of the best pedicures and nail services I have ever had. They were very nice and the spa pedi was amazing. If I lived here I would definitely keep them on speed dial.

Had to wait 30mn even after made appointments so not too Happy abt that😔

I went to get my manicure and i showed them the pic of what i wanted and he end it up doing something way different frim the pic that i showed i was so dessapointed and it looked like he didnt wanted nothing to do eith me , i used to go all the time there and i will never go back , and they charge me 45 dollars for a plain nail im so mad but i will never go back

Give V Nails a try! I have visited V Nails for a few years now. The upgrade in pedicure and manicure stations is very nice. It is convenient for walk-in appts and prices are competitive. I visited last week and was able to sit down immediately with Quincy. She did a great gel manicure while we chatted and I was done in good time.

Made appointment, no waiting, did a great job.

The owner did my nails ,she rocked it ,so thankful !!!

I love this place! They always do a great job. I have been coming here since their grand opening. The staff is so nice and they give a great foot massage.

Charged my husband $40 for a set after they quoted $25. Plain white set, no frills and she did my daughters middle left fingernail crooked. It was her birthday nails too. She told the lady it was crooked and the lady said it your finger thats crooked. Um no? We arent going back.

It wasn’t a good experience. The tech did not cut my nails before starting. She charged me so much for a simple color with no design. & on top of that, she had made one of my nails crooked. I wouldn’t recommend this & i definitely won’t be returning.

Update: Let me again say this place is great and Im sorry about the typos on this review they have been corrected. LolI took my sons girlfriend and her best friend to get their nails done. My friend told me about this place, she just had hers done and was very happy with the price she paid and the job they did. We got there and they were busy so we signed in and went thru the options. Its a Very clean establishment and although they were busy they had plenty of help so the wait time was not long. The girls were thrilled with their painted nails and the price was very affordable. The ladies were very pleasant and we plan on going back soon

Overall , great customer service & chairs with massage during pedicure! I love this place , not a big or fancy salon but I can find in here a quiet place to relax . The services are not perfect but I see they try their best to satisfy the need of customers , so I still rate as 5 Stars salon .

I was the 1 one there and it took about 4 hrs so i was late to work! And i didnt even get the set i wanted becuz it would take even longer😢

Terrible establishment....went there to get nails done & the lady spent more time on her phone then she did doing my nails, and she did a horrible job at that. And when I got a pedicure they did a horrible job, charged me for gel when I didn’t even want gel & if you pay with a credit card be careful, they tried to say my card wasn’t charged & That I had to pay cash. I even showed them my credit card statement on my phone showing the charge & they tried to argue over it. Would not recommend this place to no one.

I been living in Chowchilla for 10 years, I keep having bad experiences with v nails salon but unfortunately I keep going back, employees are very rude and they make you wait forever even if you have an appointment , today I went to my 6 pm app, waited 20 min to be seated and when it was finally my turn I waited another 15 min to just seaton an empty soaking tub ,( yes no water tub) I decided to get up, put back the nail polish I had picked and walked out of there feeling so upset . I understand that if you just do a walk in chances are you are going to have to wait until your turn but appointments!!! Come onnnnn!!! And whats more sad that is not the first time , ( just like the jerk of a boyfriend you know hes not good for you but you keep going back😭) Chowchilla deserves a good, friendly nail salon. I guess Ill just start doing my own nails or make the drive to Merced or Madera .

I didnt have a positive visit here. It seemed I was assigned to someone new. She did a bad job cutting my nails which resulted in someone else needing to assist. The polish job wasnt any better. Again someone else had to help clean up the smudges around the nails and in doing so my toe was clipped causing it to bleed a great deal. I paid and left with a bad pedi and bloody toe.

I dont like it they cut my fingers and said it was 18 for a fill but then 7.50 for a heart on your nail so I had to pay 33.50 they told me about the heart after they were done

I went to Melindas for a haircut not v nails n she does excellent job of cutting hair

She told me 35 and charged me 45, after burning my finger with the dremel and filed my fingers raw with cuts on each side the nails are uneven and not what I wanted, I told her I wanted to paint over them and this kind you cant paint, so I go and show her and all she offered me was 10 dollars back .I will never return or recommend
