I called before going into the office. Stating that I have Medicare and out of area insurance, only to be turned away because they dont take my providers insurance group. Waste of time. And, I offered to pay cash difference and receptionist still block me. Dont know what wrong with my health, but, at least you will know to get details before dealing with linebacker help.Receptionist also spoke load enough to give out my private insurance info. What is wrong with help?

Dr Holmes is a wonderful doctor! Cant attest to the group, havent had much experience with it but her medical care is top notch. She is so sincere and caring. Very happy with her care for my dad as a pcp, he feels the same.

Medical staff is rude and they ask you what are you being seen for in front of everyone. I thought there was a such thing as patient confidentiality!!! I was so irritated.

Had to get a drug sets done for work and had to wait more than one 1/2 hours.... not happy

I Waited3 Hrs with 2 people in the lobby. walk in waited 1hr &When called they check your weight, temp&blood pressure.They put you in another room to wait again for the doctor for an additional 1 hour&30 mins. They either need more physicians or quicker staff. This is ridiculous. Update: they only have 1 doctor for urgent care.

I am glad I was referred to this office. As a collective, the whole staff, front and back, saved my life. The receptionist, Bianca, used her knowledge to make sure I was seen. Steve their PA competently diagnosed me. The wait time was short. On my return visit, they sent me to ER, with enough documentation to be seen there quickly. Bilingual services are available, just ask.

Over priced for services by PAs not by Doctors

I came here for the first time about a month ago and though I was late to my app they were extremely considerate and gave me the option to be seen as an urgent care patient so that way I can at least talk to the doctor about my needs. They scheduled my next appointment and when I came in I only waited about 10 minutes, got my vitals taken and was seen by Maggie Carpio in less than 15 minutes after that. She was so friendly and helpful, and made sure to hear all my health concerns! She even showed me all my results and explained all of them to me, and addressed and made a plan for all my health concerns. I am so glad that I chose this as my doctors office! I would recommend anyone to be seen by the doctors here!

PA MAGGIE CARPIO has the worst hospitality. As well as AMY - team leader. Just stood behind the PA. Waited an hour and a half to be told to go see my regular doctor! They say they can only see patients for one issue at a time! Anyway, AS I was addressing my concerns to Amy regarding Maggie, Maggie comes and interrupts my conversation with Amy to tell her side of the story, so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. My son had a ammonia and I started to feel some symptoms shortly after he got sick, and she told me they’re not contagious, yet when I called my doctor after To get a second opinion, turns out it IS contagious. To keep it short, she simply did not address my concerns, basically made an appointment with the urgent care to be told to go to my primary doctor, which is fine, not arguing that, but I have all these issues and I don’t have appointment with my doctor til a week from now. She was very cold, and Not very informative. I simply asked for information about something, since she claims she couldn’t treat it since i can only be seen for one thing, and she couldn’t even give me information about it without a bitter tone in her voice, and seemed like it didn’t matter, just rushed in and out the room. Horrible! Where’s the hospitality in this place? Only people there I found nice, helpful and pleasant were the receptionists.

I really like the people here. Every time we go there its quick and efficient. Luckly we only had have to go for the flu. I would recommend Vista to everyone who needed quick care.

Every time we come here, they just take your copay, call your name to walk in, and you never see anyone for HOURS! Thats fun when you have two small children confined to a tiny waiting room. Nobody is even walking down the hallway. I walked to the front desk, they say ”ya ya your next. Two hours later, still never saw a doctor. couple of times I had to ask for a refund and leave. Patients are not a priority here. I cried enough. Im out.

Office staff is terrible and will lie straight to your face. Called my insurance company to verify what the office manager claimed and insurance company said that she was either lying or she had no idea what she was talking about. Probably had more to do with coming in 30 minutes before closing. Do your loved ones a favor and go somewhere that will care for them.

Was a patient here today (appointment). And can honestly say I was helped by the best nurse I have ever had. I wish I could remember his name to give him the credit.. I usually see Dr.Anne but she was pretty busy so I saw Dr. Maggie Carpio. Even though I have really bad anxiety she was professional yet very nice and understanding which was calming for someone like me. All In all a great experience.

I was having mild chest pain so I called to ask if they could see me and at no point was I informed they didnt have a doctor in but rather a physicians assistant. The PA did not seem concerned and only ordered blood tests on my request (even though I informed her I had heart issues). No one called me with my results. When I called them, I was informed they are too busy to call me about my results and they had the part time receptionist give me my results! So basically they can take your money but they are too busy for patient care!

Paid a $40 copay only to talk a bit with the doctor that didnt do anything. Didnt get a checkup or any medical examination. I tried to tell them what happened and that I didnt get what I paid for. They were rude and defensive saying that theyre very busy when there wasnt anyone else in the waiting room. What a rip off, they straight stole my money. Wish I could give zero stars!

Called alot of times for following up prescription and i’m hold up to 25mins until i hang up.

Had a cold with cough, runny nose and other symptoms and was told I could ONLY be seen for ONE symptom, to pick one. I got upset and they made me wait over 30 min for a prescription. The staff is terrible and rude.

Came to office on a Saturday. Not full of patients. Was called in within 20 minutes. Front office personal was nice.

Dr Holme a wonderful and a very professional person but unfortunately I have the WORST opinion about this clinic. The front office girls they dont want to work at all, they always are talking and laughing with each others.The clinic always is empty and you have to be waiting for hours and if you need to make an appointment for any lab results or for any medication refill, they give you 2 months after doesnt matter if is related to a sick kid, as this happen to me. They dont have any tact, any education, they are too much rude and too much insensible.I hope Mr Naser W Azar will change all of them in front office and the prestige of the clinic will be the best.

Very roud receptionist , every time l call this chino office, must put me on hold one hour, then hang up or disconnected, l can not get any Services by phone, and tried to hang up and call them again , One of them says please hold, when l said l had surgery, l can not wait, she answerd just one second, and put me looooong time around 50 minuts , can someone tell me what can l do to get my Service ? if l can not go in person to the office, l am still patient.

Front office is rude. 2 people in front of me and we have been waiting for almost 2 hours. *a week later* Just called in a refill. We live out of state and my daughters pediatrician is in another state. They want me to pay another $95 to be seen for a 14 refill of antibiotics for my daughters refill. They lady who answers the phone is stating its against their protocol to do any refills. I call BS on that

Everytime I go here either I wait a long time to be called in the lobby or I wait a long time to be seen by a doctor. Then when my son had a open wound that needed stitches, I asked if they could not have me waiting long, and the nurse at the desk on a Sunday gave me attitude! I was ready to dive through that window. Im changing my primary doctor its ridiculous here. Dnt go, they make you wait long even when theres hardly anyone inthe clinic.

Dr. Mujeeb is the best doctor!!! So is doctor Azar and Martinez. But the staff and wait time suks!!! But from my experience a place can have the best of the best, but the staff Always kills the place of business!!! Please make some changes soon?!!!

Ive been going to Vista medical clinic for a many years! Always so nice and friendly and caring! And always tries to fit you in as soon as possible if you have an urgent care need!!!

Front desk staff gives you attitude when you ask a question, a lady called Maria preferred to answer a personal call before taking care of patients. Never again I should have checked the reviews before going there.

I enjoy spending 3 hours waiting when there are only 2 patients in front of me, and then finally get to a doctor for which I spent less than 10 minutes with. Amazing experience

This the worst medical office I have ever experienced. the medical board should take a second look at this medical group. this medical office does mistake after mistake and just makes you waste your time. dont trust them take a second look at the paper work or the amount of medication they want you to take it could be wrong amout. I hope the board gets on them soon.

They charged me right when I got there for my visit then told me to wait an hour... I waited an hour and a half just to be told I needed to go to a different place. The blonde girl at the front desk was barely trying to help anyone to the point where she wouldnt even stand up or raise her voice to call out names. In fact, she mumbled most of the time making it very hard to understand or hear her. Apparently she called my name out and then allowed me to sit there unknowingly for who knows how long. It wasnt until I got up to ask to use the bathroom that she told me she called my name. Maybe if she tried lifting herself out of her chair or actually made an effort I wouldnt have waited for almost 2 hours in that awful waiting room for nothing.

The website states thar they have a labThey do not. After waiting 2.5 hours I saw a doctor for less than 5 min. No prescription and sent with a lab slip to another location. When I complained about the waste of time the PA was rude and unapologetic.Dont do here

Went to see DR Mercy with a severe pneumonia case, she couldnt read a breathing nor a XRAY. When her coworker Dr saw the XRAY, he spotted the pneumonia, she prescribed the wrong antibiotic.

Horrible service, with appointment priorly set to desired Dr, on waiting 2 hrs Im told the Dr is not here u are scheduled with other Dr. Im pregnant 34 weeks have been waiting without food and water for 2 hrs.

I like the staff & service however they dont seem to respect your personal time. Its ALWAYS at least a 2-1/2 hour visit. They either always overbook or just lack efficiency.

Had an appointment at 10 am went early so I could just be their on time ..2 hrs later still no call ...whats the point of appointment?..
