When my son was young i was searching for a good dentist in the Chino area. I called 1800dentist and they recommended Dr.Setiady. He was a wonderful, gentle, caring dentist and so good with my son. When my own dentist retired my husband and I also started going to him. That was the BEST decision we had ever made, the staff is also wonderful and you are treated more like family, Linda in the front office is the greatest!! Sue is an exceptional hygienist, she cleans my teeth and is so gentle but gets the job done. Ruth is Drs assistant and is great as well. I am so happy that my family and I found them, I highly recommend them for your dental needs!!

I have been coming to Dr. Setiadys office for 17 years. They have never failed to give my entire family and I amazing service. The entire staff is very friendly and personable. Theyre constantly asking how I am doing and how the rest of my family is. Dr. Setiady and his staff take pride in their work and make sure you leave feeling absolutely satisfied, answering any questions. He is also very honest and gives excellent advice on any concerns you may have. I strongly recommend his office for yourself as well as your entire family.

It is a family like atmosphere and each patient is treated with respect. The attention to detail is above reproach. I receive email messages, texts messages and phone messages reminding me of my appointments. I have been going here for several years and can not imagine going somewhere else. This is by far the best Dentistry Ive been a patient at. Dr. Setiady and his team always look out for my best interest and make me feel like a million bucks after each procedure. I owe so much to this dentist office, I had an emergency with my upper denture a week before my wedding. I called Dr. Sentiadys office in tears explaining to them what had happened. They had me come in immediately and were all so loving and compassionate towards my situation. I was getting married that Sunday, and they did everything in their power to make sure I had a brand new denture in time for my wedding.The staff and the Dr at this office I will never ever forget. And as long as I can afford to, I will come to this office for all of my dentist needs. Theyre amazing and they really do care about you and your smile. I had my first visit with Doctor Setiady (D.D.S.) on 3/6/14. As I entered the office, I liked the waiting area as it was very warm and inviting. The receptionist was very friendly and approachable. She gave me her full attention as soon as I arrived. Dr. Setiady was also very friendly and took his time in explaining the dental exam. He took note of my concerns about dental pain during cleanings and assured me that Sue, the hygienist, would be very careful with me during my cleaning. Sue was also very friendly and has a great sense of humor. I immediately trusted her as she cleaned my teeth, always asking if I was doing okay and if I was having any pain. I left the office knowing that my dental cleaning was done perfectly. Additionally, The back office stations are very spacious and I appreciated the music playing in the background. It was only my first visit but I gave them 5 stars because I was treated very well. I have had bad experiences with a few dentists or their hygienists, and I was very nervous to see another dentist, but I was able to relax and would recommend Dr. Setiady to anyone who has dental fears. Anyway, dont take my word for it. Go see for yourself.

Dr. Setiady is fantastic, he is very attentive and professional. He is trained in handling fearful patients like myself. During my last visit I used NuCalm, it is safe and all natural. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care I received from Dr Setiady. I had not seen a dentist in about 10 years due to fear. I searched the internet for just the right dentist. Thank God that I chose Dr Setiady. Dr Setiady and all of the staff did there best to make me feel at ease. I had the Nu Calm and had a head set with music while I had my procedure done. I did not feel a thing. Thank Goodness! The procedure was finished before I knew it. I am recovering just fine. Dr. Setiady called me the evening of my procedure to see how I was doing.
