We have been using Visiting Angels for several years. Like every company, there’s the good and the not so great. We’ve had both, the difference is Dominique, Maricele and Chris go out of there way to make us happy. They are so caring and thoughtful. They are the people I trust with my family. A few years ago there was a fire close to my house. They called us and offered to come and bring us to one of their houses if we needed to evacuate, we didn’t, thankfully, but this is just one example of many that will keep us with them. They really go out of their way for their clients and we’re truly appreciative of their many wonderful caregivers and all the support staff.

My family has been using Visiting Angels for the past 2 years for my father in-law. In that time we have had the same caregiver, Patricia. She has been such a blessing and we feel so lucky to have her caring for our loved one. She is kind, caring, and thoughtful. Dominique, the supervisor, checks in regularly to make sure that he is getting the level of care that he needs. We highly recommend Visiting Angels if you are looking for a professional and personable caregiver for your loved one.

This is a professional, caring business. Their office personnel are top notch. The care giver has been more than I could ask for. She is not only taking care of my wife but they have made friends and have made it so much easier on our entire family.

Visiting Angels was very helpful during a troubling time. My 87-year old father had just passed away from COVID and my 81-year old mom was having problems living at her home. I stayed with her but had to leave and Visiting Angels performed amazingly. they provided diligent care and documented every step along the way. They started with a detailed interview, followed up my phone/email interaction for scheduling, and lastly expert senior care for memory impaired clients. Billing was weekly and easy to accomplish.

Visiting Angels has been helping my family for the past few years, mainly for my dad.  Their presence help relieve stress in the whole household. Knowing that they are there to help to care of my disable father mains so much.  We have experience with other agencies but none of them have been professional and caring like Visiting Angels.Thank you Visiting Angels.

Visiting Angels has been perfect for us. It has been almost 2 years since I first met Dominique and could tell that she truly cares about her clients. I am my Dads full time caregiver but having Visiting Angels staff help a couple days a week has helped me tremendously. We have had some wonderful caregivers. Both Dominque and Maricele are always responsive when I have questions or need anything. Thank you for being AMAZING!

I can’t say enough about this company. The owners are the most compassionate and caring people and it is reflected in their caregivers. Caring for ailing parents can be extremely difficult and emotionally draining but having Visiting Angels assist in the process makes it so much easier. I cannot recommend them enough!

We used the caregiving services of Visiting Angels Chino from December 2010 until December 2017, when my dear mother passed away. We cannot say enough about the caring and compassion Chris and Dominique and all the caregiving staff gave to Mom. They were always quick to find a replacement when one was needed, and were quite agreeable in working around our schedule when something unexpected came up. They were highly competent and professional at all times. When things got difficult, they provided a shoulder to lean on and cry on. I am confident they can find the perfect caregiver for your loved one, and you can rely on them!

Visiting Angels cared for my grandparents and it was a great experience. It was hard needing help, but their caregivers made care easier, and my grandparents loved them. If we need care again, they will be my first call.

Visiting Angels has been so incredible to work with. We were running out of options for care for a sick family member. We contacted Dominique at Visiting Angels and were blown away by the care that her, and her office, provided. They were able to work around our crazy schedule and really made us feel like were all family!

I’ve used Visiting Angels caregivers for 2 1/2 years and their caregivers are always on time and give excellent care to their clients. They have been so responsive when I’ve needed to get an emergency caregiver so I can continue to go to work, I truly could not have managed without them being just a phone call away.

We all became like family with the owners, the office staff and the caregivers.The agency are staffed with “angels” in motion providing caregiving services to needy military veterans, seniors and physically and/or mentally challenged individuals.Our caregiver from Visiting Angels assisted us in the activities of daily living (i.e., incontinence care, showering, mouth care, stretching and second assist in walking, cognitive training, house chores like meal prep, cleaning and laundry, feeding supervision and/or assistance, acted as a sitter while I do errands, and many other services allowed by the agency).Visiting Angels truly cares for the needs of my husband, and that is why we have them for 4 yrs now.We are staying with Visiting Angels because we are not just clients, we are now family.
