I am very satisfied with the service received. First off, the office is inside of a very well maintained professional building. The receptionist is there to greet customers. Walking in Dr. Chuangs office you can feel the peace and you are surrounded by very nice energy.Dr. Chuang is very professional and really takes her time for her patients. Before and after treatment, Dr. Chuang will let patients know about the procedure and what to do after treatment. You would not be as nervous as going to many other medical office. You are relaxed and getting all positive energy visiting this office.I definitely recommend Dr. Chuang to all my friends and family members.

Healing Hands - Dr. Chuang genuinely cares about her patients. I am one who has anxiety around needles. This was my first acupuncture experience and not once I felt threatened by the treatment. The whole time I was under her care, I felt safe and painfree. Dr. Chuang patiently explains the procedures and continuously check on me if I was alright (knowing that I have major fear of needles touching my skin). Post treatment, I slept like a baby for the next few days and the stiffness around my neck and shoulders went away. I plan to come back for routine treatment and I highly recommend for those of you who have fear of needles to visit Dr. Chuang. She is the most caring human doctor you will ever met....I have shared my experience with some of my close friends and they are interested on giving acupuncture a try. I visited Dr. Chuang for the coughing that I was suffering for 2-3 weeks. Dr. Chuang was very professional, she did acupuncture on me and gave me Chinese herb medicines. I almost not coughing right away after her treatment. Dr. Chuang was very professional, she also taught me some Chinese medicine knowledge. Now, she becomes my family doctor, she is the first person we called when we have any body issues need to be ask. She is very caring and being patient to answer any questions.
