5 star rating not a bad word to say .... I felt totally comfortable thru everything, great staff and honest dentist...I got the best services and paid half the cost other places wanted. Watch out for aspen liars and crooks thanks again family dentist of chino valley

My wife is a fairly new customer with Dr. Randell. He seems to be a good dentist BUT... 1) knows we are self pay.2) Add on charges for a two minute visual exam $40..Whaaaaat! Wife received an $85 follow up cleaning quote and came back less than six months from initial visit/cleaning. The bill was for $85 fine AND $40 for a two minute exam she knew nothing about. Caveat to patients. Dont just trust the treatment sheet - ASK if there are any other charges that were not discussed or put in writing. One exam a year is enough!

A hidden gem Is one way to describe this dentist office. Extremely friendly and professional staff, excellent work from a highly trained team. They will do everything they can to meet your needs. I can’t say I like going to the dentist but if I have to this is the one to go to

If you are one of those people that dreads going to the dentist, then this is the dentist for you. He is the gentlest dentist Ive ever been to. Had a cleaning and a small filling, I didnt feel the shot at all, thats a first! Dr. Randall is so nice and very personable. Id give him 10 stars!

I just had a very pleasant experience here. I had broken a tooth and the staff went out of their way to fit me in and make sure that I was taken care of. I am very happy with their service.

Ad says emergencies... not! Dropped a filling, called... staff seemed to read from a form, Oh we have to see if it requires a crown or a root canal and check all your other teeth... only after that can we proceed. 12 to 14 days! Think someone needs a refresher on emergency... have to find a doctor with a dictionary!

Friendly staff, got me in the next day to have my tooth pulled. Made sure I felt no pain at all during the extraction. would recommend them to anyone I know
