The owners Joe and Sherrie are very hands on and really care about their clients...I had a client here a few years back and fell in love with the place. I have had to find a place for my mom who is 95 and this was my first choice and they had a bed available. The first thing my mom said was what a beautiful home this is. It is very homey and my mom feels like she is more at home...rehab living was not what I wanted for my mom and neither did she. We kept her at her home as long as we could but after her last fall the 24/7 care we needed just wasnt reliable enough and way too expensive. The gals working here are all so sweet and caring..also they seem very knowledgeable as to what my moms needs are. So far...I am happy with the choice and my mom seems happier than I ever thought possible. This was a hard transition (for mom and me) and they made it so easy for us. I can call and ask how mom is doing and they have an open door visiting policy so I can go see her anytime. This means a lot to me as I dont run on normal daytime hours like most people do. If you want someplace that feels more like home than a hospital like setting, then this is the perfect place to be....they have nice sitting areas also for visiting and will even ask if you want to share a meal with them during mealtime.

I would like to retract my five star review...I really jumped the gun on that one..my mom passed away a little over a month after going there...the owner Sherrie was all business and showed little or no compassion ....they started restricting visiting hours so I couldn’t go see my mom after 6 pm in the evening...my mom died alone and they couldn’t even be bothered to give their condolences to us....don’t let the homey country decor fool you....they are always short handed and don’t seem to have enough staff on duty to take care of the residents.....her staff gets overworked and many are young with very little experience
