Unprofessional Office! Incompetent Staff! They Don’t Return Phone Calls! Don’t Waste Your Time! If you’re thinking of visiting “Chino Hills Foot & Ankle” Save yourself a lot of time and trouble. This group is the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with! Three months and NOTHING! No calls, No follow up, No checking with the insurance. Honestly, the most awful experience I’ve ever encountered! Very dishonest people too. Only explanation I can come to is... if you dont have cash up front. Or, if they have to submit paperwork into your insurance for approval.... youll never hear from them again. LOSERS!May: Appointment #1- Doctor X-rays my foot. She send me for an MRI and says come back..June: Appointment #2- Doctor Taylor said radiologist couldn’t read the MRI. But, she still recommended that I get an orthotic for my shoe. One problem though, she says the insurance denied it that day. Doctor said she’d call insurance and do a peer to peer, stating why it’s necessary for me to have one.I waited ALL of June and halfway through July. This office never followed up with me.I call them once… no answers. They tell me they’re still waiting on the insurance.I call them twice. They say a claim was submitted to the insurance, but still no answers.I send an email to Dr. Taylor on July 27, stating that it’s been 2 months and nobody’s following up, with status of what’s going on. Nobody replied to my email.I called my insurance the following day on July 28. Insurance said this is the first and only thing that’s been submitted by their office and it was now July 28! Insurance said they had to deny the authorization, because there was missing verification of information. It took this office 2 months after my initial appointment, to submit first part paperwork. Then, insurance didn’t accept it, because of missing information! (2 months) Nobody bothered calling me. I called on Aug 9 asking if Doctor Taylor could personally call me to sort this out, since it’s been 11 weeks since my first appointment and felt like I was getting nowhere with her staff. The girl at the desk says, no she can’t call you because, “DR TAYLOR DOESN’T CALL PATIENTS BACK’! I responded to her, that I really need to speak to the doctor. I’ve had two appointments, x-ray, MRI, called them 3 times by phone and they never bother to call me back with any updates. I’ve taken time off work for these appointments, wasted so much time, and given no answers whatsoever!After 11 weeks, calling 3 times, with no return calls. It’s very disheartening that they really don’t care and it’s been almost 3 months since my first appointment. Even if you call this office, they never have any updates and only excuses. It’s like talking to a brick wall. They just don’t care! Never responded to my email. Then, they say, Doctor Taylor doesn’t call patients. If a doctor cant call a patient back... something is very-very wrong!

Dr Taylor is one of the best Doctors I have come across in years! She made me feel comfortable welcomed and at ease with my surgery! My bunion ectomy was the best experience I have ever had in surgeries. If you’re looking for a bunionectomy Dr. Taylor is the best so please see her
