I got a back to back massage and facial, and I felt so spoiled!! The front desk staff was so sweet, the paperwork process was easy (they emailed it beforehand), and the services were so great!!! They were very helpful with any questions about products used or skincare routines. Such a nice experience!

I had a young woman who I think was somewhat new at massage. Her massage technique was good but she missed some of the areas we discussed. I think you have to really be on top of your game when you only have 50 minutes and think of how best to get to the request of your client.Comes with practice Im sure! Nice music, comfortable setting and very relaxing!

UPDATE: I recently went back to this location and had a wonderful experience with a different masseuse. Sadly one of my BFFs got the guy I had last time and she described a similar experience like what I described previously.I usually love Hand & Stone and have been a member for almost a year now, but I must say I was disappointed by my recent visit at this location. I was visiting from Texas with my BFF and thought it would be nice for us to relax. I got a one hour massage. The therapist did not use enough pressure even though I asked for it. I also mentioned I needed more work on my back and shoulders, but it seemed like he spent a few minutes there and moved on. His whole technique was kind of all over the place with no flow and jumping from one random place to the next and worst of all, he did some strange technique with his elbow for my butt that was very painful. Dont know if I would return to this location. I gave one extra star for the ladies at the front who were very nice.

Check in was easy. The girls at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The massage therapist, Amber, was wonderful. She made me feel at ease. She was friendly and engaged in small talk as she worked. She made sure that I was comfortable. I explained to her that I has a shoulder and a wrist injury so she was careful not to hurt me. I would recommend Hand and Stone as well as Amber.

Wonderful spa with clean massage rooms, lobby, and bathrooms. Been here several times and Im never disappointed. Each massage therapist Ive had has been amazing, and responsive to what you want. The front staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. Ive recommended this place to my friends, family, and co-workers. Well worth the money spent and their prices are fair on all services.

Selena created such a wonderfully relaxing environment for my massage, she did not just give a great massage, through her hands but she passed on a sense of peace. Once you walk in you are greeted by very friendly staff. The place is very tidy and clean. I got a massage and a facial and they were both amazing. The staff there are very empathetic and sympathetic to your needs. Very knowledgeable staff and I will definitely go back.

Well I went In for a birthday treat for myself to see if I wanted to start a membership. And no special something or a free add on was offered. I was told they would add a $10 add on so I was set to get the bio freeze treatment. I got the $60 introductory massage for 60min. It was supposed to take me in by 4:00 I didn’t go on till 4:09 then the masques* talked to me and stalled till 4:17 and I didn’t get started till 4:23 until she came back into the room. She stopped at 4:55 so there you go a 30 min massage at a full price. Yes they are a lot nicer tone than massage envy but I was expecting more when I was referred to go for a birthday treat. She did give me advice after the massage and that was to drink water and come back for more massages. It really sucks to have this happen especially on your birthday month.

Facials are my favorite...especially with Alaisha. Team is friendly. 5 stars for facials, but 3 stars for massage...they havent won me over fully yet...but after 2, I feel that the consultation doesnt really get taken into consideration to customize my experience like the facial. No regrets with my membership though because self-care is a priority to me.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received yesterday. The massage was great and I paid for it using a gift card that my husband purchased for me that was good for one massage. When he paid for the gift card, he made sure to ask if it included prenatal massages and the girl at the front said it would just be an extra $10. When I used the gift card, she said I owe an extra $50 for the prenatal massage and she was the same girl who told my husband that it would only be an extra $10. She would not budge on the price until my husband came in to remind her what she had said to him when he bought the gift card. She then refunded what she overcharged me and did not give any apology. Really upsetting that she purposely overcharged me. Now I have to find a new place to go to.UPDATE: I emailed them in regard to my review and no one responded to my email. Very unprofessional.

I was blessed with a gift card for a massage from a family member and used it yesterday! It was an amazing experience and incredibly relaxing. Susie was AMAZING and so was the front desk. Friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel very comfortable sharing my wants and needs. I highly recommend this location and especially getting a massage with Susie! :) They even offer you a hot towel after so you can remove some oil and not be slipping in your shoes (dont you hate that?). I will be back! Thank you!!

My first experience with Hand & Stone last week. The ladies at front were very friendly and kind. The therapist was very good and put exactly the right pressure on my problem areas. Prices were not bad either. I will be going at least once a month.

The best customer service for any massage! You really feel relaxed by the whole environment, it is really nice and modern inside. They provide so many services and not to mention the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming!

I don’t like doing reviews but my experience here was rather bazar. Immediately upon walking in, the lady said “she’ll be right with you”. I didnt know who “she” was since no one else was standing there. Awkward.I am convinced that the massage I received was not done by a licensed professional. Jesse, my therapist did not massage my hands, feet, face or scalp, despite asking me beforehand if I would be comfortable with it and me saying yes. He must not have read the form I filled out because the pressure was opposite of what I requested. HE LITERALLY SPREAD LOTION AROUND THE ENTIRE TIME WITH ONE HAND. It was a crock. I considered asking for the session to end early. I am quite confident he was texting with the other hand because I heard the microphone audio text button sound at one point. He had to leave the room to get a hot towel randomly. It was frigid and I shivered the entire time. There were several points where he completely stopped massaging and the room was dead silent. Im not sure what he was doing but it was beyond creepy. Upon leaving the room, there was a towel and an item of clothing left right outside my door? It was weird.Checking out was a whole other mess. Two people were helping this lady who’s gift cards were entered incorrectly. After reading the other negative reviews, I can see why. It took forever to leave. It felt like more of a business environment than a conducive place to better your health.I am considering writing the owner, and researching whether that guy’s license is even active with the department of consumer affairs.

DO NOT BUY A GIFT CARD FOR SOMEONE AS A GIFT. Apparently using gift cards here are problematic. My husband purchased a gift card for an hour and a half service. The receptionist booked me in an hour timeslot. They were unable to honor the hour and a half. It is not my problem that your gift cards do not have a face value. I inquired twice about how the process works in determining what services I could get and they just brushed over it, so I settled for a basic massage (not that many choices anyway). Funny thing is you made sure to get my gift card number AND credit card number upon booking the appt. So why didnt you check? Who would settle for an hour when a 1.5 hour massagewas paid for? I have to remind my husband, who gifts me massages several times a year to NEVER get one from here again! The receptionist and manager were whispering and gossiping when I came in and when I left. Something about a man very upset and not pleased about something. I assume it was about a service. It would be very unprofessionsal if that was about a personal matter. Long story short, If you are trying to impress someone and want to get the full value of the money you spent, dont buy a gift card! Take the drive and go to a better facility.

HORRIBLE!!!!I gave my mom a gift card for a hour hot stone massage. My mom went and paid using the gift card and then they told her in the room that it didnt include the hot stones and my mother insisted that they didnt. At the end of the massage they ended 8 minutes early. Then the receptionist told my mother that it did include the hot stones. So I payed for the full hot stone massage price just to get ripped off.

Im 6 and a half months pregnant and went in for my first massage ever. It was amazing I got Reanna she was wonderful I highly suggest the prenatal massage for any expecting mommas out there!
