10/2021 Update - Ive been going there every other week since April and I love the natural lashes and have brought friends and family, Lula is so sweet and fast3/2021 Ive drove to the Cerritos location and no one was there (during business hours) at the end of last year. Ive called several times and texted without a response back. The location is still on the voicemail, so I dont understand.

I have been calling to make the appointment and left messages/texts but have not received any returned call or text back. Not sure if you are still in business so I dont bother you again. Thanks for your time.

Fast, easy & affordable for lash extensions. Its a small and clean salon. No pomp and circumstance-just business. I appreciated the price and the quick, efficient service. I will definitely visit again for a 2-week lash refill. ❤

I bought a Living social voucher for Eye extension. The place in Cerritos is hidden and Lulu texted me to let me know the place is hard to find. I was 5 minutes late. She was rude. The voucher says Full set of Mink lashes, it is misleading. She told me its only 30 per eye and I had to upgrade, I said yes. She was harsh with my face when she turned it. It only took 20 minutes and I was done. I asked her for the upgrade and she said No more the lashes are not noticeable, I said. I had lashes done elsewhere and they take over an hour for perfection. I was very disappointed. Please dont waste your money in this place. I paid for two week fill, Im not going back!

I got my eye lashes with LuLu, I purchased the FULL SET NATURAL EYELASH EXTENSIONS WITH TWO-WEEKS FILL IN (includes 50-60) for 64 DOLARS. Further, after she installed my poor quality lashes she gave me an appointment for September 21 Th. The service with her was horrible, because I thought I was getting full eyelashes extensions like it says on my package. After she installed my eyelashes extensions I did not know she only had filled in 50-60 in each eye. I had poor quality. I told her I did not like how my eyelashes looked and she told me she had more lashes for me and she was going to fix them. I asked her how much I had to pay her, and she told me I did not had to pay anything. So she made an appointment for me two days after which she later cancelled and gave me a third appointment for the next day. When I arrived she filled in my eyes with full lashes and after she told me I did not had to go back anymore for my two weeks fill in because she had done it in advance already. I was really upset and I told her that was not fair, because I had paid 64 dollars and my friend purchased the full “MINK” with two weeks full in for the same price. Also I had pulled a new customer for her and she needed an appointment and she told me if my friend paid cash she would fill in my eyelashes for 20 dollars. I never heard from her again and she never gave me an appointment for my friend. She obviously do not care about her clients but about the money. I am looking forward to take my complain to the business bureau and you who receive poor quality service should do so.

Lulu did amazing job on my lashes ! They look so beautiful. 2 week UPDATE : I’ve had extensions before and they have never felt like this . Itchy and bothersome : thinking about removing them. Will update once I get a new set from a different location . Could be just me

Fist time at the lash Lounge in Norwalk very good experience the only negative I have is that my appointment was 4:30pm and I had to wait about 20 mins until she was done with the previous customer. But very clean and ges I will go back .Sonya G.
