Love this place. They saved my life.

When Debbie Biehl was the nurse/oncologist I saw, she treated me with respect and compassion. Since shes gone, I was appointed Kelly Marsh. I will tell you that the service is night and day. I was informed immediately of any scans, MRIs, Ultrasound and/or biopsies with Deb. If I left a message for her or her nurse, I received a call back immediately. Now, Ive been waiting for a week for my results that were back within 24 hrs., Ive called and left numerous messages - all have gone unanswered. My family history of breast cancer is high and so are my risks - when people are in need, this should be a place to turn. Instead, Im being treated like I dont exist. This is unacceptable and I will be pulling my records and getting a referral from my PCP to the Cleveland Clinc - This cancer center should be ashamed of itself!
