Receptionist taking over 6 minutes or more to call patients over to front desk poor handling need stable front desk employees work a bit faster

Doctor Dickey has been my primary care physician for close to seven years. He has provided exceptional, careful and effective medical attention. I like that he does not over prescribe, that he considers alternative and natural treatments. His manner is both professional and warm. The referrals and recommendations he has made for me are spot on and effective. He is never rushed and always kind.

Nurse Practitioner Kristen O’connor is excellent her care and professionalism is the best she treats my entire family I recommend her to everyone. Will never go with anyone else she is amazing.

I feel at home here.. the med. Assist. Amanda is absolute excellent at her job. And my APRN John Glugowski and by far the best medical personnel that I have ever had .. he is kind and caring he takes his time with his patients..

Went to this office twice in two days. Their hours are listed 8-4:30 but they also take walk-in’s til 7. I went yesterday, Wednesday at about 5:45 or 6pm, saw Jessica for a sore throat, a cough, and congestion. Went through the rigamaroll of deep breaths and say ahh. She took a swap for strep, in-house test showed negative but she wanted to send to the lab as well. Prescribed me pain relievers.I called the next morning, (today, a Thursday), just about begging for an antibiotic because the medication did nothing (obviously) and my congestion and sinus pressure got worse, so bad I have mucus coming out of my eye when I blow my nose. Multiple calls in, didn’t receive a call back until almost 4. Went back to the office after I got out of work, Cynthia was not at the front desk. The lady who was there had an attitude. Like I was inconveniencing her for asking to see somebody. So I gave attitude right back, I want a second opinion or a reconsideration because I’m not getting better. I had a voice yesterday and now I don’t.Waited half an hour, while the nurses or nurse aids giggled and had social hour in the hallway. A nurse aide finally appears, very nice, did not get her name. Dr.Snow came in. Very down to earth, very friendly. In the course of two looks, one in my ears, one in my mouth, he said yup that’s pretty bad. That’s not just viral, you need antibiotics. Wrote me a script for amoxicillin, prednisone, and wrote me a doctors note for both of my jobs. Incredibly smart and the most competent doctor I have met in a long time. I will undoubtedly go back to him. He explained right off the bat, these meds may affect your birth control, give it at least a week. Take as such. Etc etc. a light joke, a smile, a pat on the shoulder, and off I go, now knowing I have a sinus infection and possibly an ear infection.Thank you, Dr.Snow, you are a lifesaver.(The one star knocked off is for doctors who don’t listen, and secretaries who have no business running front of house.

Dickey is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He is beyond unethical in every way & I refuse to acknowledge him as a doctor. This place does not care about patients.
