I worked with Brittany as my agent. She is great - super warm, kind and helpful. They got me a price on insurance that was the lowest I have ever had, even with my history. They also have a service where they help you register your car in MA; since I was changing states I utilized this opportunity. They send the plates by mail if you do not live near by. HOWEVER I RECCOMMEND, asking them to do tracked shipping (yes, you would need to pay for it but its worth it); otherwise, they will send them through USPS regular mail. My plates were going to be send to Rhode Island and they were returned to sender, so I didnt get them for at least two weeks - it may have been longer. This is not the companys fault, and Brittany was very professional the entire time. They were able to rectify the issue and my car is now registered and inspected!! Despite the hiccup, this is probably the best agent I have ever worked with.

I do not recommend them. Way overpriced and agents contradict themselves with what is on the policy and the rate of the policy. Received multiple bills with the wrong rates. When discussing issues over the phone, agents did not answer questions and were repeating themselves. After leaving their business, we received an cancellation fee of over $400 when I had a 0 balance and new company sent over appropriate paperwork. Dissatisfied with the service.
