Kevin is the most honest and fair mechanic that I’ve ever dealt with! I came in because my Ford Escape had a check engine light on and was stalling. He was determined to get to the bottom of what was wrong with my car. It wasn’t your normal problem like spark plugs or coils, so he had to do some investigating. He did most of the investigating for free and came to the conclusion that my car would need a new motor. He did not try to push the new motor idea on me, because he was understanding that it may be more financially beneficial for me to get a new car and trade in my old one. He was even willing to give me advice (and discuss reliability) on what kind of new car I should get. After several tests on my car, I was expecting my bill to be astronomically high but it was more than reasonable. I also appreciate that they are really good at answering their phones at KLM and don’t mind spending extra time on the phone with you to go over things.

Dont go here, car was brought in for small issue they ended up making the problem worse. Would not reimburse for the problem they created. Had multiple other people look at it and said they didnt know what they were doing.

This in the only auto repair shop that I will ever go to. I found them 7 years ago. I was new in the area and needed a mechanic to service my car. Kevin and his staff were a God send. KLM is an honest place to get your car serviced. Car repair places always get a bad rap. KLM is not this type of place. They dont charge you unnecessary fees and services. They are honest hard working people. Ladies and gentlemen this is truly the best and only place to have your car serviced. They also offer a discount if you are a AAA member. Kevin and everyone who works here are honest good people, I won’t go anywhere else. If you need a tow and they do the work the cover the tow as long as you do it through them, all their work they warrant and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else because I know I can trust them 100%

Great shop, no gimmicks, and good prices. Not sure the last time I stepped foot in an auto shop, but needed a bearing replaced on a Subaru (not an easy task), oil change, and differential fluid. Dropped it off in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon with zero hassles or issues. Everyone was nice and most importantly, the car is running great! Thanks!

I have high expectations when I go to a business. Yesterday was my first visit to KLM and I was not disappointed. They were honest, fair and professional. Traits not always associated with auto repair businesses. They treated me right and I will use them for all my future auto repair needs.

Great shop my 2005 Jeep liberty had a bad fuel pump, they had it towed to their location, and speedily made the needed repair. I would highly recommend them for any of your car servicing needs. Their waiting area is roomy and comfortable.

Called up KLM after reading the great reviews and spoke with Kevin. They took me right in and got me back on the road overnight. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and my car is running great again. Will definitely be a return customer :)

Called to ask if they could fix airbag issue because light was on. They said yes and I brought the car in. They were unable to fix the entire issue and suggested bringing it to a dealer. Brought the car to Balise Lexus and while doing the diagnostic they found the system need to be calibrated. During diagnostic the calibration was done for free. The diagnostic fee is higher at the dealer but service was so much better and the issue was resolved quickly.

On our way back home to Eastern Massachusetts from upstate New York; two days after Christmas, with a vehicle full of luggage, a 3 year old, and a bunch of her brand new toys. As we were leaving a nearby rest stop on the Mass Pike, a terrible banging sound and feel coming from the front end of our 2013 Chevy Tahoe. We are still 150 miles from home. I quickly realize, we are soon to be stranded. Not being from the area, somehow we were lucky to have found Kevin at KLM. We brought our car in, and understanding our emergency and complicated travel situation, Kevin was kind enough to begin work on it right away and got us back on the road in a couple of hours. (front wheel bearings) He even let me, my wife, and our 3 year old hang out in his very comfortable and spacious waiting area, because two days after Christmas there was not a single rental car available within 30 miles of his shop.I absolutely recommend KLM auto repair!!! They are an extremely honest and knowledgeable repair shop.A huge thank you to Kevin, Lenny and the rest of the staff for all your help!

Didnt know what was up with my car so I dropped it off. KLM told me they were rather busy, and wouldnt be able to look at it for 3 days. But since it was leaking gas, it seemed necessary to leave the car with them. Well guess what, big surprise that in about two hours they had fixed the issue and it came to less than $200. I was impressed, and relieved since I thought it was going to be a lot more work than that. I also enjoyed conversation with the friendly staff. They seem like my kind of people. Next time I have a problem with my car I know where to go.

After having a panic attack about the flashing check engine light my sister recommended I go here as soon as they transferred me and Kevin answered the phone I was relieved and immediately calmed down he took my vehicle in and it came out the same day I am so happy and grateful for my sister recommending me to KLM /Kevin aswell as greatful for Kevin, Kevin is a great guy I will be a regular from here on out .. What can I say about this place. 5 stars no question. I take my truck here for everything. Just picked it up today for brakes and rotors. Always a great job.
