I was treated badly here by the doctor. She is rude. Her front office staff messed up my appointment. The doctor acted like I was wasting her time even though I was referred for a specific skin issue.

Dr. Lenzy is quick and professional. I agree sometimes the staff in the front may seem a little unorganized, but everything is always sorted out pretty quickly and Ive never had a problem scheduling appointments/asking questions.

First appointment for my 15 year old daughter. It was easy to schedule appointment and person who made the appointment was very polite and professional.However when my daughter went in she wasnt given an opinion on what we may want to try instead but only the instructions again of what wasnt working from a previous Doctor. My daughter felt as if her being there was an inconvenience and there lacked concern. Will be canceling follow up appointment.

This place is so unorganized. There’s a lack of concern for patients. The front end staff is rude and is always confused with scheduling. Dr. Lenzy has a lack of concern it seems and isn’t too personable. She doesn’t really explain what is going on to well, instead just gives a diagnosis and sends you on your way. The worst doctors experience I’ve had. If I could give 0 stars I would.

After weeks of looking for a dermatologist in CT for my elderly mother suffering from an itchy rash, my cousin referred me to Dr Lenzy. What a BLESSING! Fortunate to get an appt within a few days. After Q&A/examination, Dr L diagnosed the condition, discussed possible causes and prescribed medication. My mother is hearing/visually impaired and takes awhile to understand things. Dr L was patient, listened attentively to my mothers anguish. Dr L was knowledgeable professional personable kind and compassionate. Staff pleasant helpful efficient. Highly recommend.

I will not return! I keep going back and the results are the same. She barely explains options I may have. I asked about one and she totally ignored me. Yolanda is the one I am speaking of...showing me pictures where one is clearly in the light and the other in the dark.

Poor customer service.

I have to rate this office with 5 stars. Each and everyone has always conducted themselves with kindness and care. Personally I’ve delt with Julia and Beth and I can’t say enough about them. They’ve always been consistent and thorough through my journey with my autoimmune disease. Never stopping until we found the right medication for my condition. If your seeking help in regards to your skin i highly recommend this office. Your health is valued!

I messaged Dr. Lenzy to see my 98 year old great aunt with a rash. My aunt has been very hesitant to be seen by doctors due to concerns for Covid-19. Dr. Lenzy worked in my aunt within one week, diagnosed her rash immediately started her on treatment. My cousins and aunt called me very pleased with her visit and described Dr. Lenzy as pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. They felt very comfortable with her. I give Dr. Lenzy and her clinic my highest recommendation.

Obviously a money hungry office. With all these extra classes and special products you pay an arm and a leg for. I can honestly recommend the PA Julia Fiore, though. I go in and she is honest and helpful with choosing medications I can actually afford. Very straightforward. The wait time in the office is sometimes ridiculous.

Dr. Lenzy is a 5-star doctor. She listens, is kind and reassuring, and knows her stuff. Lifetime client of hers!

Very unprofessional. I was put in an examination room at 1:15 and waited until 2:00 for her to finally arrive. She quickly diagnosed and repaired the little red blotch on my nose and clearly explained how to maintain the area to prevent scaring. However with the course of the 10 minutes that she was there, she referred to my age 3 times. Well, I definitely aged a bit while waiting for her. She is efficient and knowledgable but lets just say it is good thing she didnt decided to work for the UN.

Just had my first appointment here. The staff were very nice, and expedient. The medical assistant was great, and answered my questions and was thorough in going over initial paperwork info. Dr Lenzy is very nice and easy to discuss any issues or concerns with. If every visit is like this, then I see Dr. Lenzy as my go to Dermatologist!!

Dr LENZY is a DERMATOLOGIST AND CERTIFIED COSMOLOGIST which makes her the BEST in my opinion.

Excellent service. Dr. Lenzy is quick attentive, and professional. She fully answered all my questions and thinks quickly. Her office staff is very personable and efficient as well.

Most unorganized office. Dr was so unpersonsble. All about her social appearance with her book etc, doesnt care for her patients. She had three other employees in the room with her for appointment. One taking notes, another observing, another one handing her whatever she needed. She rushed through appt and didnt answer my questions and concerns. It was ridiculous and uncomfortable. Will not be back and dont reccomend her at all.

This office has become so disorganized over the last year. Office staff is so overly crowded, and are literally bumping into each other b/c there is no room for them to do their work spaciously and or comfortably (that’s how small it is). I literally waited over 30mins from my original appt time just to be put into a room. But are very quick to bill you a $30 fee if your late or miss a appt.I can’t say the same about the PA’s b/c they literally go above and beyond to help you with your needs. I’ve been seeing Julia Fiore for years now and she is AMAZING!!!! Julia has helped me tremendously with my acne problems and is always so thoughtful about my concerns.Overall, space is definitely needed so everyone can be seen accordingly and on a timely manner.

When there for the first time her assistant saw me very nice young lady explained everything perfectly. I took pills as explained later in I felt sick bad headache and little stiffness in neck, decided to call Saturday to see if they had someone in call they did. First this person didn’t say who she was just answers hello, I asked if this was Lenzy dermatologist and she then said yes. I explained my symptoms and wanted to know if I could take Motrin, Advil Tylenol etc for my headache she didn’t know what to tell me I asked are you a nurse or will you refer my call she said no I’m a doctor, (I decided to call my pharmacy ) so I said thanks good night hanged up! Very disappointed of the on call service ! Let’s see how it goes on my follow up ( 2ndvisit)

Julia the P.A here literally saved my life . I struggled with hormonal acne for years . She started me on an Accutane regiment for 5 months, within 2 months my skin was finally clear. Its been 7 months since I finished Accutane and I havent had one break out. Thanks Julia for everything you did for me !

I have had this serious itching problem for about 3 years that my PCP and Pain Management Doctor have tried every medication in the book nothing worked. My PCP referred me to Dr.Yolanda Lenzy and for once in my life its getting under control. Very nice Staff and Dr.Lenzy is helping out a lot. Blessed for her help.

Had a consult with Yolanda... wasnt really to pleased barely talked to me much about my options on treating my skin. The nurse before her did more talking and got to know my skin care routine more than she did. Literally had a script in her hand ready to give to me without even looking at my skin! I dont know if she recommends generic topical treatments first then other treatments. But she literally came in and told me I have no control over my acne and that my acne scars are not treatable. False hope!! Ive been seeing a skin esthetician whos been doing facials and light treatments to help my acne and scars! So my scars were treatable not permanent! I was recommended by my esthetician to go to see if they can treat me faster but the topical treatments made me worst. When ask if I start breaking out from the prescriptions should I call since I am sensitive she told me its normal that I dont have no control....kept repeating that over and over again. I actually do have control I just now started breaking out for a little over a year again but thanks to my skin esthetician Jillian from Four Elements Spa for being patient with me and providing me with the organin treatments I need for my sensitive skin!!!

I had a very good experience with Dr. Lenzy! She was able to treat my condition and also has a beautiful personality!

Ive been battling alopecia for 3yrs and the doctor I was seeing didnt want to do anything for me he said deal with it so I googled dermatology and got Dr.Lenzy and thanks to her with in 3wks my hair is starting to grow I highly recommend her for any dermatological problems you may have

Love her candidness. I could tell from my consultation Dr Lenzy was very knowledgeable @ hairloss. She took the time to explain everything.The Dermatologist I had gone to for years sadly had no knowledge @ hairloss. Just gave me a blanket diagnosis and after the $40 co pay wanted me to make another appt. No Thx.Thank You Dr. Lenzy Gr8 results after 1year.✨

I believe dr lenzy may be racist to a certain extent! when asked question about a lazer surgery, dr lenzy seemed irritated. THATS MY FACE. bad doctor and when i canceled appointment she refused refund!

Awful, very unprofessional. made an appt that took over 6 weeks to wait for the dr. but when i got there had to see pa for that visit. followup was made with dr and again never saw her had same pa. third visit saw dr treated me for something i didnt even have. charged for 3 procedures that didnt help because not what was wrong with me 400.00 dollars later trying to make payments office not happy with my payments and they are putting me in for collections. funny thing is i make my payments not good enough for the office. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. Had to give one star to post it would have been 0 stars in my book.
