Would not recommend. My med provider is completely unprofessional and not compassionate in the slightest. I had to practically beg for basic care and still wasn’t given it. Closed my case due to patient neglect and blatant disregard for my best interests

Disgusting place with uncompassionate staff members that do not have the best interest of patients at hand. I am a victim of patient abandonment and medical mal-practice. They do not follow proper procedures with closing patients cases. If you miss the amount of appointments that they list in their company policy they will refuse to offer you any further treatment without giving you adeqaute time to find another provider to treat you. In other words, miss too many appointments and they will leave you without any way of getting medications that you need, even if they know the consequences of you not getting said medications will put you in danger. It is medical malpractice and I will be taking legal action against this company.

The providers Ive dealt with were great (which is the only reason the practice as a whole gets two stars). The office is terrible on communication, though, and makes their clients do their job as far as prescription management and refills (you have to call every month within a specific window of time, or they wont refill your meds/youll get them late). They dont always send over the proper paperwork to the pharmacy, either. As a result of all this, Ive been discharged without notice twice now and have dealt with frequent periods of drug withdrawal. Theyve essentially been punishing me for having ADHD and severe depression, which my providers are well aware affect my executive functioning (task initiation, consistency, follow-through, frustration tolerance...), and which was why I was coming to them to begin with. They should know how to meet clients with mental health conditions where were at instead of imposing rigid, one-size-fits-all expectations that dont even guarantee you the result you want, and be familiar with the (sometimes extreme) dangers of going off ones meds cold turkey.

The front desk staff especially a certain female is very rude inconsiderate towards people and their personal information. And then the counselor was good but really talked to me like a child. Im 23 not a child. Definitely would not come back here again.

Called in for meds. Waited days. Nothing. Said they called me and told me the reason, but that was a lie. Never got a call or voicemail. Doesn’t put in the computer followup appointments with med providers. I think they purposely make you miserable so you will have to come here and get therapy.

By far the best mental health counseling practice Ive been to on about 20 years in the Valley. Got an intake appt within the week. Saw my assigned counselor the same week. Was made an appt with the Psychiatrist for a med evaluation working the standard after 3 visits to your counselors time. Have had 2 psychiatrist while theyre bc one too a new job and I was so worried about the new Dr being as helpful and the new Dr SURPASSED even the high regard I had for the previous Dr. Gets meds was not a hassle at all. When on meds that required closer watching- the Dr was very on top of monthly lab tests. Very thorough counselors & Drs. Easy refills in the event anything goes wrong with appointments or pharmacy mess-ups...The issue Ive ran into in the nearly 2 years there is the slacking professionalism of the female receptionist. There was s make there who was devoted to EXCELLENT customer service and reception but I havent seen him there in months. The female window workers leave ppl obviously standing at the check in and carry on with each other about audible stuff that could be put on hold to check s patient in. Thats become annoying lately and see the chicopee office. The Holyoke office is much busier, but at the same time is run fairly smoothly for being a higher clientele office.High ratings from me.
