First off, super clean and welcoming facility. This was my first time doing cryotherapy and I was a bit nervous. Staff was great and the 2 minute cryo session was amazing! Also, did a 30 minute Normatec session on my legs which felt incredible. My body felt amazing after leaving. Cannot wait to get back. Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! I have been primarily using the normative leg sleeves to help with my leg soreness but I have also done the Cryo chamber which has been a huge help. I play football for Butte College and swear by the leg sleeves to help me recover!

I’m already huge fan of cryotherapy because of Cryo Skin and Body, the atmosphere is relaxing, absolutely beautiful and the staff are SO kind! To make the experience even better they are now offering Botox and fillers! I just had filler injected yesterday (a full syringe) in my lips and I’m beyond happy with my results. I wanted to even out my lips and add a little plump. Alyssa was amazing, took her time, listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend Cryo for all your feel good needs!

Super nice facilities, great staff, wonderful treatment options. Normatech boots and the cryo definitely helped my knee heal way quicker than without it. I highly reccomend just trying it for fun, and especially if you need some physical therapy. Thanks for the awesome treatments you guys have!

This business was an awesome experience! I was treated like a Queen I tried the cryo therapy, normatec, cryo facial and a face slimming. Here’s my before and after I’m blown away with my results! The staff was amazing showed me everything I needed to know I was extremely comfortable and the spa is super clean and sanitized after every treatment. This spa and those girls rock! I will definitely be back for more services!

I had a WONDERFUL experience here! Amanda and her team do a great job.I was completely revived from head to toe! The Hydrafacial felt productive and removed all of the old dry skin from my face. I didnt think I could handle the cold from the Cryo Chamber but it goes by quickly. Then I reclined in the back with compression massage. They are extremely clean and it is a beautiful facility!

Beautiful place! The owner and staff are all so knowledgeable and amazing. I was intimidated to come in and I have no idea why! Everyone was so welcoming and warm and made everything so comfortable and awesome. Love this place.

This place is amazing! I went to cryotherapy with a big group of people from my gym today for some much needed recovery. They had all the treatments set up for us when we got there, along with a spectacular charcuterie board for all of us between our sessions. The owners were very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be back and will be referring people to go here !

I had an appointment today at 12:30 which I promptly canceled when I entered and the front desk receptionist was not wearing a mask. She also informed me I did not have to wear a mask. We were less then two feet from each other in an enclosed space the size of a cubicle. This is against state law and CDC guidelines. I spoke to both the receptionist and manager regarding this issue and neither were receptive or professional. The manager stated it was her policy to “give them a break” from wearing masks when at the front desk. Unfortunately a contagious disease doesn’t take breaks. If you care about the health of the community you will not go to this establishment.

Facility was extremely clean and the workers were very professional. I’ll definitely be recommending Cryo Skin and Body to my friends and family!

I attended a spa event that a friend of mine had. At the event we were introduced to several therapies. All therapies were very new to me. The staff was amazing with explaining each treatment and its benefits. The treatments were amazing and fun. I especially liked the cyro facial. It was so refreshing and I felt a change immediately in my skin! I was so happy, that I booked a skin consult for next week. What a great experience! I’ve been going in weekly for the full body cryo and infrared sauna and I feel Amazing! By far my favorite benefit I’ve noticed is how well I sleep now, my joint pain is gone and my body is so relaxed. I went from sleeping 4-5 hours a night to a solid 7-8. The staff is so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s always clean and comfortable inside. It’s made Wednesday’s my new favorite days!

I came with my daughter to try the Cryoskin Spa and was pleasantly surprised with the cold mist therapy. It felt great on the hotsummer day and when I got home my skin felt smoother and refreshed. I will definitely come back for more treatment.

I have always wanted to try Cryotherapy because I have Lupus and my body is constantly inflamed. After going in a few times, I noticed a big difference in my sleep and pain.
