Sincerely the kindest most caring individuals work with an experienced well educated dentist. Dr Rao listens to your concerns and helps with precision and care. I feel like family when i am there. My teeth and my health are their concerns. It’s a comforting feeling knowing your well being is in good hands. I highly recommend Dr Rao if you are looking for a family dentist.

They are very kind, honest and non judgmental in this dental office. I had been passed around to many dentists and treated like cattle while I was in pain, and it seemed like most dentists just didn’t have the time or space for me, it was very disheartening. However, Dr. Rao kindly took me in and finished my root canal/crown for me. He did a very thorough job, even staying late past office hours to make sure it was done right. They make sure you are comfortable and are very gentle, often asking how you are doing along the way and taking interest in your life and job. They seem like real down to earth people in this office, which I really appreciate. I will continue going to Dr. Rao!

I have got to say, every step of my experience in this office was professional and pleasant. I am very nervous about dental work due to bad past experiences, but the staff here really helped me through a difficult procedure. I am very glad to have a wonderful dentist in Dr. Rao. He understands that the dentist is not the most reassuring place, but he and his staff do all they can for their patients. Dr. Rao did very good job on my Cavity filling and Crown fixing. He explained how the damage can be treated with options and recommended best option that I could go for which was really good as a patient.He accepts dental insurance through Principal in case anyone wants to know.I was very happy with treatment and I recommend Dr Rao to anyone who wants to get dental work done.

I desperately needed a root canal for a molar that had decayed so much, just sipping cold water had become painful. I only had denti-care as a way to pay for it, and finding any dentists that do root canals with insurance is tough. I tried Western Dental, who had claimed they would, but when their dentist saw me and I told him what I needed, and that the recommendation had come from Ace Dental, who couldnt do the root canal with insurance, he got resentful that Id gone to Ace Dental first, and said Western wouldnt help. Dr. Rao was one of the few dentists in the area that would do this operation with denti cal. The cap is never covered, but the operation was. He did an amazing job as my root canal was complex (upper molar with multiple roots). Its been about 5 months now and its doing great. Like getting a new tooth in that horrible spot. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Came to Dr.Rao to get a second opinion about a root canal . He gave me an honest answer and told me I didn’t need one. But I still needed a crown. He did great work, the staff is amazing and he was friendly and up front about everything.

Extremely inappropriate! No one in this office is professional, they needed to finish a crown, when I brought an issue up their response was “don’t come back” Wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Rao and his team are incredible!Like many others I have dentist office anxiety. Everyone who works in this office is so kind and helpful that I felt immediately at ease.I desperately needed two root canals on teeth I thought may need to be pulled. Due to financial constraints and my insurance, many other dentists had turned me away or quoted me astronomical bills. Dr. Rao was the only dentist that showed me extra compassion and worked with me to get my teeth fixed. And trust me, it was a feat.After two long procedures, and the team staying late to make sure my crowns were perfect, I can finally eat on both sides of my mouth and smile again!I am tremendously grateful for Dr. Rao and his team - including Emma, Elizabeth, and Monique. They are all so wonderful that I truly looked forward to my office visits. I wish Dr. Rao could be my permanent dentist. You have given me a peace of mind that I have not felt in years.
