I like this for convenience but some stylists are clearly better than others Unfortunately,like me,you find out the hard way.My hair got chopped and I am coping with that fact. Good thing I am good natured and can survive a bad cut. I will make sure I dont get the same stylist by having them review their notes.

Been here several times to get simple haircuts for myself, usually 0 on the side and trim the top. Everytime I felt like the haircut was rushed, and the person was lacking care.

My visit was successful in the waiting time for a scheduled visit made. My hair stylist was very skilled in to trying give the expected hair style I wanted. My new cut was just as good as I expected and received. My stylist really listened to me and what style I wanted my hair to be. Great Clips,is for me no matter where I am traveling from , Kansas City- Chico and back .

They are so amazing with toddlers. My son actually asks me to come here for his haircuts and he is 2. All of the hairdressers are good, doesnt matter who you get, he always looks darling when we leave.

Mari was awesome! My haircut was done quickly and carefully. Bless these guys for being open. I went from a quarantine hair monster to a human in about 15 minutes. Checking in online is an absolute must. Plan on getting your haircut about 2 hours from when you check in, despite what it will tell you online. Their online system also crashes because of how heavy their traffic is, but be patient.

They were great with my picky teen grandson. When you go online and set an appt. You just text to check in. No real wait and the ladies work well together. The place is COVID clean and safe. The prices are fair.

We love how we can check in on-line and get a text when our time comes. Super convenient with 4 kids.

I usually am one to get my hair cut spontaneously and not too often. I only get cuts so I hate waiting for appointments. I checked in online to great clips after work one night and the wait wasn’t too bad. The girl that cut my hair was super nice and she did an amazing job with the mess she was given. Overall I was happy with my visit.

OK were doing the social distancing you check ins need some work. I was checked in Im done other people who had done the online check in just come walking up after standing outside for 10 And they all accepted in to get their haircuts Can I make a call to the person checking people and and was given a bunch of excuses Capture is a backup of people e check in. I had no idea that people were given priority I found out very disturbing that I would sit out there or stand just watch other people go ahead of me if he does cant get it together well get what you get Ill get my hair cut elsewhere

I have already reviewed them and I have nothing negative to say about them. Their stylists know what theyre doing. The best thing to do is to download the app check in walk in when your time has arrived and you are in-and-out within 15-20 minutes. I have nothing negative to say about any of the stylists, but my personal favorite is Serena. Stop in and find your Serena, you wont be disappointed.

I drive my truck up from Sacramento and hands down love this place, so far Ive had the same stylist every time( thank God), I dont have to worry about telling her how I like it, they also keep notes and she gives me feedback for what I can do to my hair. Very professional and family friendly place, just give them a call in advance and theyll take care of you.

I had been coming for years, but recently they have some new folks and my last 2 cuts were horrendous. I came back the second time just as a last chance and the girl destroyed my hair. I ended up going to Danny’s barbershop downtown and they fixed it. I highly recommend Danny’s. Especially for guys. They do pro straight razor clean ups on your beard and hairlines.

I used to go to a higher end salon for haircuts. Great Clips does better work, faster and for a few dollars less.After comparing them against their competitor a few times, they are better staffed to reduce wait times.My current hairstyle is because I needed to look good for a new job. She nailed it, so now I dont go anywhere else.

First time I came in toward the end of the day and they didnt hurry through and chop-suey my scalp, so they could call it a day. Very confident and courteous stylists and thats hard to find these days. Ill definitely be back, thanks.

After 10 years going to same place my son and I decided to try someplace different. We had a wedding to attend same day so it was a risk to try last minute but based on the reviews we gave them a try. Arrived about 45 minutes after they opened Saturday morning, after a few computer issues they got us back right away with no wait. I had Michaelaina (Im sure I totally butchered her name, sorry). She was pleasant to talk to and did a great job. I told her what I wanted and she did the job without hesitation. My 16 year old son had a different stylist, did not get her name but my son was also happy with the experience and results. Thank you Michaelaina from Montana, see you again in a few weeks.Update, its rare to see an owner of a business reply to comments, especially all comments. This interaction supports my initial review and makes me feel even stronger that this company cares. Thank you.

I use to go to supercuts but this is better. High turnover. Had a few here do my hair exact. One dude use to take about 2 minutes on hair. He kept helping people up front. Need someone who just does that. Had some 5 haircuts and few who just wanted to get the next one in. The girl who did it perfect i never saw again. Think she didnt get people out fast enough.

I used to get quality hair cuts for a great price.... but lately Ive been getting subpar haircuts. I keep getting the back of my head cut by their buzzers. I dont know if its inexperienced workers or cheap equipment. Either way, this shouldnt happen.
