Stopped in to get a new vape and both people working the counter were EXTREMELY rude very hostile atmosphere, very bad experience

Went in bought a yocan kodo battery took it directly to work plugged it in to charge an all three lights flash an stop will not take a charge tried 3 diferent chargers so i call to see if they could swap it for another one or a refund an he said sadly they cant offer either but i can come buy a new one nope im so disapointed right now this place is total trash

I liked this store until I found out today my wife went in to get coils and some juice. I don’t know who it was but she described him as skinny,mid 20s. Didn’t know what he had in stock, (which the other guy there corrected him and said they did have the coils in stock,had an attitude when she asked questions. It’s not like you’re job is that hard so is it too much to ask for a good attitude. Suppose to be helpful.

Love the place and the people it’s where I get all my stuff but here lately there has been very unimpressive merchandise, workers are great, fast, and as helpful as possible just losing interest in the merchandise y’all have had for the past months

Used to be a regular here. Me and my boyfriend have spent hundreds of dollars here and used to recommend it to everyone, but now I rather drive to okc than to come to this store now. Anyone who wants decent customer service please go to any other vape store. The new girl they have hired is rude and nearly every time Ive come into the store shes either too busy talking to her coworkers to help you or she not behind the counter because she is too busy messing with the tv and when you finally get help she will rolls her eyes at you. But if you choose to come here. Talk to Taylor she knows what shes doing and is probably the only reason this place doesnt lose more customers. However I will not be recommending this place or coming to this place anymore.

Its 8:25 am and no one is here. but the business hours said it opened at 8. Bad business.HAHA! owner replied to me and blamed it on the internet !!!said they had the hours wrong!!!REDICULOUS!!!I sat in front of the store for 53 minutes until an employee decided to show up. I can clearly read that Your hours have 8 oclock printed on the door!!!even worse business than before!!! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR IRRESPONSIBILITY!!!DONT MAKE EXCUSES!!!
